中国石油甘肃销售公司成品油物流配送优化研究

【摘要】：中国经济的高速发展带动了成品油的巨大需求,成品油物流配送作为成品油供应链的最末端环节,越来越受到各销售企业的重视。随着各企业降本增效的开展,自身潜力的不断挖掘,想要保持企业的健康发展,在劳动力成本越来越高,通货膨胀日益加剧的情况下,想要获得更多的市场份额就必须降低运行成本,而优化成品油供应链物流体系,降低流通费用,是成品油销售企业降低成本的最有效路径。成品油物流配送工作是中国石油甘肃销售公司生产经营活动中的重要组成部分,在企业创效过程中所占比重较大。然而在实际运行过程中,受不同地区主客观因素的制约和现有配送体系的不完善,成品油二次配送车辆周转率低,运输分配不合理,迂回运输现象时有发生,导致运输费用高居不下,公司盈利能力降低。签于此,本文分析了中国石油甘肃销售公司成品油二次配送过程中存在的问题和不足,借鉴国内外研究成果,利用最短路模型、运输模型、指派模型、节约算法模型和排队论等定量化模型工具,提出了优化二次配送的一些路径,并选取兰州分公司进行了实证分析。本文的研究旨在解决中国石油甘肃销售公司物流配送工作中运输路径不合理,车辆运行效率低,运输分配不科学,非合理运输费用高的问题,同时可以对其他成品油销售企业提升物流配送工作,提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Chinese economy has driven the huge demand of oil products. As the end link of oil supply chain, the logistics distribution of refined oil has been paid more and more attention by various sales enterprises. With the development of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the enterprises, if we want to maintain the healthy development of the enterprises, when the labor cost is higher and the inflation is increasing, If we want to gain more market share, we must reduce the operating cost, and optimizing the logistics system of the oil products supply chain and reducing the circulation cost are the most effective way to reduce the cost of the oil products sales enterprises. The logistics distribution of finished oil is an important part of the production and management activities of China Petroleum Gansu sales Company, which accounts for a large proportion in the process of enterprise efficiency creation. However, in the actual operation process, due to the constraints of subjective and objective factors in different regions and the imperfection of the existing distribution system, the vehicle turnover rate of secondary distribution of refined oil products is low, the distribution of transportation is unreasonable, and the phenomenon of circuitous transportation occurs from time to time. Leading to high transport costs, the company's profitability reduced. In this paper, the problems and shortcomings in the process of secondary distribution of finished oil products of China Petroleum Gansu sales Company are analyzed, and the shortest path model, transportation model and assignment model are used for reference of domestic and foreign research results. Based on the economization algorithm model and queuing theory, this paper puts forward some ways to optimize the secondary distribution, and chooses Lanzhou Branch to carry out the empirical analysis. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of unreasonable transportation route, low efficiency of vehicle operation, unscientific transportation distribution and high unreasonable transportation cost in the logistics and distribution work of China Petroleum Gansu sales Company. At the same time to other oil sales enterprises to enhance logistics distribution, to provide reference.
