柔性供应链管理在电商服装行业中的应用研究

【摘要】:互联网销售时代,满足客户的潜在需求是企业实施供应链管理的目标所在,以客户价值为导向,柔性、快速响应客户需求的供应链管理思路将成为企业重要的管理战略。文章以最能凸现快速响应客户需求的服装行业为背景,以柔性供应链管理为主题,讨论柔性供应链管理的应用必要性及主要对策,以此对当前的电商服装行业的发展做一些分析和展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet sales, to meet the potential needs of customers is the goal of enterprises to implement supply chain management. Supply chain management, which is guided by customer value, flexible and quick to respond to customer demand, will become an important management strategy. This paper discusses the necessity and main countermeasures of flexible supply chain management (FSCM) based on the background of garment industry which can respond to customer's demand most quickly and the subject of flexible supply chain management (FSCM). In this regard, the current e-commerce clothing industry to do some analysis and prospects.
