上海石化原材料库存控制策略的研究

【摘要】:随着经济的全球化,企业面临的竞争也越来越激烈,越来越多的石油石化企业将降低成本作为最主要的竞争手段,将物资采购管理视为企业的第二利润来源,存货成本是物资采购成本的一个极其重要组成部分,控制存货成本,对降低物资采购的总成本,有着极其重要的意义。 本文以上海石化目前的物资储备管理现状为背景,通过与同类型企业的比较,对比目前物资储备管理上存在的差距,确立改进目标;通过对不同物资需求类型分析,强化与主力供应商的合作,整合供应链资源,探讨与不同需求类型相适合的各种供应链储备策略;选择具有代表性的物资品种,实施供应链储备模式的尝试,并对实施效果进行评估;通过实践、评估,以及模式推广和深化应用,在确保企业物资供应的前提下,在提升供应链上各方收益的条件下,逐步推进各类新型储备模式的建立,在规避物资积压风险和物资保供风险的同时,逐步压缩上海石化现有的物资储备规模,提升物资供应的整体绩效。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. More and more petroleum and petrochemical enterprises regard cost reduction as the most important means of competition, and material procurement management as the second source of profits. Inventory cost is an extremely important part of material purchase cost. It is very important to control inventory cost to reduce the total cost of material purchase. Based on the current situation of material reserve management in Shanghai Petrochemical Company, this paper compares with the same type of enterprises, compares the existing gaps in material reserve management, establishes the improvement goal, and analyzes the different types of material demand. Strengthen cooperation with main suppliers, integrate supply chain resources, explore various supply chain reserve strategies suitable for different demand types, select representative materials and implement supply chain reserve model, Through practice, evaluation, promotion and application of the model, under the premise of ensuring the supply of materials for enterprises, and under the condition of enhancing the income of all parties in the supply chain, the establishment of various new types of reserve model is gradually promoted. While avoiding the risk of material backlog and material supply, the existing material reserve scale of Shanghai Petrochemical Company is gradually reduced, and the overall performance of material supply is improved.
