新美万伟商贸有限公司物流能力评价研究

【摘要】：商业企业特别是批发零售企业不同于制造业企业,物流活动是企业运营的重点并且与客户的联系紧密,物流能力的好坏是企业核心竞争力强弱的关键。在当前的市场环境下,商业企业需要从整体的角度提升企业物流能力。本文综合国内外对物流能力评价指标的研究结果,结合自己的理解,以新美万伟商贸有限公司作为案例进行研究,改进了相关文献中的指标,建立了符合供应链环境下新美万伟特征的物流能力评价指标体系,运用改进的灰色层次分析法对其物流能力进行综合评价,较之常用的模糊综合评价,层次分析等方法更加具有客观性,能确定各个指标所属灰类,更加直观的显示企业物流能力的瓶颈即需要改进的方面,为企业提升物流能力提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Commercial enterprises, especially wholesale and retail enterprises, are different from manufacturing enterprises. Logistics activities are the focus of enterprise operation and are closely related to customers. The quality of logistics ability is the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the current market environment, commercial enterprises need to enhance their logistics capability from an overall perspective. This article synthesizes the domestic and foreign research results to the logistics ability appraisal index, unifies own understanding, takes the Xinmei Wan Wei trade limited company as the case study, has improved the related literature index, The evaluation index system of logistics capability in accordance with the characteristics of Wan Wei in supply chain is established, and the comprehensive evaluation of logistics capability is carried out by using the improved grey analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in common use. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is more objective, can determine the grey class of each index, and more intuitively shows the bottleneck of enterprise logistics capability, that is, the aspect that needs improvement, and provides the theoretical basis for enterprises to enhance logistics ability.
