面向客户定制的DL重车零部件供应商选择研究

【摘要】:在全球化市场日益扩大的背景下,产品生命周期缩短,产品外观和功能多样化,客户定制化服务需求日益增加,企业为了提高竞争力,迫切希望通过供应链的进一步整合和优化来满足并超越客户期望。如何解决产品数量过多,采购价值高,供应商资源分散的问题是这类定制产品制造企业亟待解决的问题。论文探讨了客户定制的小批量港口机械行业如何选择供应商的问题。论文首先从国内外供应商选择评估现状入手,对大批量生产方式和客户定制下供应链的不同特点进行综述。接着,论文探讨了DL公司客户定制的小批量港口机械零部件供应商的现状和成因。进一步,论文基于目前存在的问题提出了供应商选择的改进方案,研究通过供应商分级管理,发展基于长期合作的供应商关系。包括供应商开发团队的重构、现有供应商整合策略、不同的选择策略以及层次分析法AHP在新供应商选择中的运用、和供货过程的供应商控制模式。论文最后通过绩效验证选择方法的有效性和适用性。论文研究结果对公司小批量定制产品的供应商选择模式有直接的指导意义,能有效优化供应链,提升公司竞争力,同时对小批量离散制造行业有一定的现实参考意义。
[Abstract]:In the context of the expanding global market, the product life cycle is shortened, the product appearance and function are diversified, the demand for custom-made service is increasing day by day, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, We are eager to meet and exceed customer expectations through further integration and optimization of supply chain. How to solve the problem of excessive number of products, high purchasing value and scattered supplier resources is an urgent problem for this kind of customized product manufacturing enterprises. This paper discusses how to select suppliers for custom-made small batch port machinery industry. Firstly, this paper summarizes the different characteristics of mass production and custom-made supply chain from the current situation of supplier selection and evaluation at home and abroad. Then, the paper discusses the status quo and causes of small batch port mechanical parts suppliers customized by DL Company. Furthermore, based on the existing problems, the paper proposes an improved scheme of supplier selection, and studies the development of supplier relationship based on long-term cooperation through supplier hierarchical management. It includes the reconfiguration of the supplier development team, the existing supplier integration strategy, the different selection strategy, the application of AHP AHP in the new supplier selection, and the supplier control mode of the supply process. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the selection method are verified by performance. The results of this paper have direct guiding significance to the supplier selection mode of small batch customization products, can effectively optimize the supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of the company. At the same time, it has a certain practical reference significance for the small batch discrete manufacturing industry.
