【摘要】：正对于快递企业来说,提高快递的服务质量是一项长期、系统、科学的工作,获得顾客的满意是快递企业的核心竞争力所在国家"十二五"规划中,明确提出了发展现代物流业,并将快递产业作为物流业的子产业,划入我国政府优先重点发展的领域。目前电子商务与物流快递已成为增长速度最快、发展潜力最大的两个行业,两者密切相关,业务互为支撑。电子商务依托
