基于自主标准的RFID标签性能测试方法研究与实现

【摘要】:射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术是一种通过无线射频方式实现双向数据通信的非接触式自动识别技术。在RFID技术中,无源RFID以其识别速度快、数据存储容量大和高可靠性等独特优势而被广泛应用于物资全资可视、物流供应链管理、资产管理、交通运输管理、贵重商品防伪防盗、自动化工业生产及人员管理等领域。无源RFID标签是无源RFID系统的核心,低功耗低成本超大规模集成电路的迅速发展,大大降低了无源RFID标签的能耗要求和价格,使得无源RFID系统得以快速发展。随着无源RFID系统的大规模应用,人们对无源RFID标签性能也有了更高的要求,使得标签性能测试的重要性突显出来。论文基于《GJB7377.1-2011军用射频识别空中接口第1部分:800/900MHz参数》这一自主RFID标准,结合ISO/IEC18046-3和EPC C1G2两大标签性能测试标准,对标签性能的测试方法展开研究。从雷达散射原理出发,分析了超高频无源RFID系统的基本工作原理,研究了RFID系统中的电磁能量传输和反向散射调制技术。标签芯片作为标签的核心部件,其性能的优劣直接决定了标签性能的高低,因此对标签芯片性能的测试非常有意义,论文分析了标签芯片对标签性能的影响,提出了一种新颖的标签芯片灵敏度测试方法。论文根据标签的实际应用情况,合理提出了标签读写距离、方向性、抗干扰能力等关键测试项,并制定了相应的测试方法。基于RFID协议仿真器、矢量信号发生器、实时频谱分析仪、射频功率计等通用仪器搭建了标签性能测试系统,完成了标签性能的测试和分析。改进了标签芯片灵敏度测试和标签读写距离测试的方法。
[Abstract]:Radio Frequency Identification (Radio Frequency Identification,RFID) technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology which realizes bidirectional data communication by radio frequency mode. In RFID technology, passive RFID has been widely used in material, supply chain management, asset management, transportation management, anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft for its unique advantages, such as fast identification, large data storage capacity and high reliability. Automation of industrial production and personnel management and other areas. Passive RFID tag is the core of passive RFID system. With the rapid development of low power and low cost VLSI, the energy requirement and price of passive RFID tag are greatly reduced, which makes the passive RFID system develop rapidly. With the large-scale application of passive RFID system, people have higher requirements for the performance of passive RFID tags, which makes the importance of tag performance testing prominent. Based on the GJB7377.1-2011 military RFID air interface part 1: 800/900MHz parameters, this paper studies the test method of tag performance based on the independent RFID standard, combining ISO/IEC18046-3 and EPC C1G2 tag performance test standards. Based on the principle of radar scattering, the basic working principle of UHF passive RFID system is analyzed, and the electromagnetic energy transfer and backscatter modulation techniques in RFID system are studied. Tag chip as the core component of tag, its performance directly determines the performance of tag, so it is very meaningful to test the performance of tag chip. This paper analyzes the impact of tag chip on label performance. A novel sensitivity testing method for tag chips is proposed. According to the actual application of label, the key test items such as reading and writing distance, directivity and anti-jamming ability are put forward, and the corresponding test methods are established. Based on RFID protocol simulator, vector signal generator, real-time spectrum analyzer, radio frequency power meter and other universal instruments, a label performance testing system is built, and the tag performance testing and analysis are completed. The methods of tag chip sensitivity test and tag read / write distance test are improved.
