电商冲击下A百货商场应对策略研究

【摘要】:十九世纪中期百货商场产生以后,快速发展成为商品流通的重要媒介和市场经济的重要组成部分,在人们日常生活中发展着不可替代的重要作用。时至今日,虽然传统百货商场仍然占有重要地位,但已难以满足消费者越来越多样化的需求。加之电子商务被越来越多的人们所熟知,它所占据的市场份额不断加大,因此,如何改革并且更好地发展百货商场,成为迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。本文对比A百货商场与电商发展现状,发现并且探讨A百货商场发展中存在的问题,提出有关对策,并且对未来趋势进行展望。
[Abstract]:After the emergence of department stores in the middle of the 19th century, the rapid development has become an important medium of commodity circulation and an important part of the market economy, and plays an irreplaceable role in people's daily life. Up to now, although the traditional department store still occupies an important position, but it is difficult to meet the more and more diversified needs of consumers. In addition, e-commerce is more and more well known, and its market share is increasing. Therefore, how to reform and better develop department stores has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper compares the present situation of the development of A department store and e-commerce, finds and discusses the problems existing in the development of A department store, puts forward some countermeasures, and looks forward to the future trend.
