制造型供应链稳定性评价研究

【摘要】：近年来,学术界对供应链的研究投以了越来越多的关注,在这些研究中,供应链稳定性问题成为当前热点。诸如GE、松下等跨国公司在供应链的应用方面有近20年的实践,而我国制造业则是在最近几年才对供应链的应用进行探索。供应链是一种虚拟的商业联盟,它对于联盟内企业目标的达成至关重要,尤其是对于其中的核心企业而言,一个完善而稳定的供应链关系到其短期成长和长远发展。对于积极融入全球化的我国制造业而言,要在全球竞争中占据一席之地,就需要对其所处供应链的资源进行充分利用,借助供应链联盟的资源开拓国内外两个市场。但是,这就需要一个稳定的供应链,以便能够拥有长期的资源保证。因此,对供应链的稳定性进行研究具有十分重要的意义。首先对国内外学者关于供应链、供应链管理、供应链运营稳定性的研究成果进行了归纳,这些研究为本研究提供了可借鉴的思路以及成果。接着,对供应链稳定性的含义、特征、稳定性与其生命周期的关系,并在结合其他学者研究成果的基础上,归纳了供应链稳定性的影响因素,认为这些因素可以分为5类：整体协作水平、利益协调机制、信息协同水平、节点企业个体实力和外部环境。之后,尝试构建供应链稳定性评价指标体系。首先对构建评价指标体系的原则进行了讨论,并构建了包含5类二级指标,27项细化指标的供应链稳定性评价指标体系,并对这些指标的内涵进行了逐一分析。然后,对如何进行供应链稳定性评价进行了详细的探讨。在该部分,运用主成分分析法对原始指标进行筛选,运用层次分析法对指标进行赋权；将前两种方法与模糊综合评价方法结合起来建立了制造型供应链稳定性评价模型,该模型有一个从指标筛选到最终综合评价的完整流程。最后,选取某汽车制造供应链为研究对象,对如何进行稳定性评价进行了实证研究。对如何利用基础数据进行指标筛选、如何进行赋权、如何进行模糊综合评价进行了详细地论述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the research of supply chain. In these studies, the stability of supply chain has become a hot spot. Multinational companies such as GE, Panasonic have practiced the application of supply chain for nearly 20 years, while the manufacturing industry in China has only explored the application of supply chain in recent years. Supply chain is a kind of virtual business alliance, which is very important to the achievement of enterprise goals in the alliance, especially for the core enterprises, a perfect and stable supply chain is related to its short-term growth and long-term development. For China's manufacturing industry, which is actively integrated into globalization, in order to occupy a place in the global competition, it is necessary to make full use of the resources of its supply chain and open up two markets at home and abroad with the help of the resources of supply chain alliance. However, this requires a stable supply chain in order to be able to have long-term resource assurance. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the stability of supply chain. Firstly, the research results of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain operation stability are summarized, which provide reference ideas and results for this study. Then, on the basis of the meaning, characteristics, stability and life cycle of supply chain stability, and on the basis of the research results of other scholars, the influencing factors of supply chain stability are summarized. It is considered that these factors can be divided into five categories: overall cooperation level, interest coordination mechanism, information coordination level, individual strength of node enterprises and external environment. After that, try to construct the evaluation index system of supply chain stability. Firstly, the principle of constructing the evaluation index system is discussed, and the supply chain stability evaluation index system containing 5 kinds of secondary indexes and 27 detailed indexes is constructed, and the connotation of these indexes is analyzed one by one. Then, how to evaluate the stability of supply chain is discussed in detail. In this part, the principal component analysis is used to screen the original index, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to empower the index. The stability evaluation model of manufacturing supply chain is established by combining the first two methods with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model has a complete process from index screening to final comprehensive evaluation. Finally, an automobile manufacturing supply chain is selected as the research object, and how to evaluate the stability is empirically studied. This paper discusses in detail how to use the basic data to screen the index, how to carry on the weight, and how to carry on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
