强化展览对青少年思想教育功能的对策研究

【摘要】: 展览具有思想教育的功能,展览通过图片、文字、实物、影音资料的展示陈列,传承了历史文明、发扬了革命精神、培育和弘扬了民族精神,成为思想教育的重要载体。展览以其独特的文化传播方式为社会服务,它的社会性突出体现在思想教育功能上。展览的思想教育功能主要有直观性、生动灵活性、内隐性、实践性和主观能动性等特点。而当前展览思想教育功能的发展受到了几个方面因素的制约,主要体现在:展览形式呆板、观念陈旧、创新不足,展览资金短缺、投入不足、发展失衡,展览主体定位不明确、宣传力度不够,展览事业软件发展薄弱、人才短缺。要充分发挥展览的思想教育功能,就要克服和消除这些制约因素,采取一些切实可行的对策,实现展览思想教育的目标。强化展览教育功能的对策包括:第一是从体制上创新,加快发展,要加快展览事业的体制改革和创新,多方投入,积极借鉴成功经验。第二是挖掘自身的潜力,通过提高服务强化教育功能。第三是从青少年的特点出发,把握展览的发展方向。第四是从政策法律的角度保障和维护展览事业的发展,充分发挥展览思想教育的功能。
[Abstract]:The exhibition has the function of ideological education. Through the display of pictures, words, material objects and audio-visual materials, the exhibition inherits the historical civilization, develops the revolutionary spirit, cultivates and develops the national spirit, and becomes the important carrier of the ideological education. The exhibition serves the society with its unique way of cultural communication, and its sociality is embodied in the function of ideological education. The function of ideological education of exhibition mainly has the characteristics of intuitionism, vivid flexibility, recessive, practicality and subjective initiative. At present, the development of the ideological education function of exhibition is restricted by several factors, such as the rigid form of exhibition, outdated ideas, insufficient innovation, shortage of exhibition funds, insufficient investment, unbalanced development and unclear positioning of exhibition subject. Propaganda is not enough, exhibition software development is weak, talent shortage. In order to give full play to the function of ideological education of exhibition, we must overcome and eliminate these restrictive factors and take some practical countermeasures to realize the goal of exhibition ideological education. The countermeasures to strengthen the function of exhibition education include: first, it is necessary to innovate from the system, speed up the development, speed up the institutional reform and innovation of the exhibition cause, invest in various ways, and actively learn from the successful experience. The second is to tap their potential, through improving the service to strengthen the educational function. The third is from the characteristics of young people, grasp the development direction of the exhibition. The fourth is to safeguard and maintain the development of exhibition from the angle of policy and law, and give full play to the function of exhibition ideological education.
