符号与社会空间的变迁:基于上海和大连“洋快餐”消费的调查

【摘要】:以肯德基、麦当劳为代表的西式连锁快餐在进入中国市场的二十多年中发生了明显的变化,从曾经的高端、洋气、健康的舶来品变为了现在的平民快餐,从曾经的仪式社交场所变成了现在的放松歇脚处。"洋快餐"符号意义与社会空间的变化揭示了全球化所代表的理性同质化潮流与本地性力量相互建构和影响的复杂关系。"洋快餐"这一全球化元素现在正在逐渐嵌入到地方情境之中,同时也处在回归发源地的本源化过程中。这两种趋势表明,当今的全球化进程已经深刻地改变了我们所处的整个生活世界,地方情境的趋同过程已经不可避免。但这种趋同是社会现代化发展过程中必须经历的阶段,也为地方性的发展提供了新的机遇。全球化与地方情境之间的互动过程将会一直延续下去,在未来可期出现新的碰撞与融合。
[Abstract]:Western fast food chains, represented by KFC and McDonald's, have undergone obvious changes in the more than 20 years since they entered the Chinese market. They have changed from the once-high-end, exotic and healthy imported goods to the popular fast food. The change of symbol meaning and social space of "foreign fast food" reveals that the rational homogenization trend represented by globalization and the mutual construction and influence of local forces. Miscellaneous relationships. The global element of "foreign fast food" is now gradually embedded in the local context, At the same time, they are also in the process of returning to their origins. These two trends show that the globalization process today has profoundly changed the whole living world in which we live. The process of convergence of local situations is inevitable, but this convergence is the stage that must be experienced in the process of the development of social modernization. It also provides a new opportunity for local development. The process of interaction between globalization and local context will continue and there will be new collisions and amalgamation in the future.
