服务创新与产业链整合驱动下的服务业企业转型研究——以小尾羊为例

【摘要】：本文基于服务创新、产业链整合等相关理论,以小尾羊餐饮连锁有限公司为例研究了服务业企业转型问题。本文研究发现服务溯源化、服务产品化是两条服务业企业的转型路径,其中,顾客价值导向、产品服务协同、知识资源共享是驱动服务业企业转型的三个关键因素。在此基础上,进一步构建了"服务创新—产业链整合—服务业企业转型"的理论模型,探索了服务业企业转型的过程和路径,丰富了现有服务业企业制造化转型的相关理论和研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the theories of service innovation and industry chain integration, this paper studies the transformation of service enterprises by taking Xiaoweyang Catering chain Co., Ltd as an example. Service production is the transition path of two service enterprises. Among them, customer value orientation, product service collaboration and knowledge resource sharing are the three key factors that drive the transformation of service enterprises. The theoretical model of "service innovation-industry chain integration-service industry enterprise transformation" is further constructed, and the process and path of service enterprise transformation are explored, which enriches the relevant theory and research on manufacturing transformation of service industry enterprises.
