【摘要】:Organ提出"组织公民行为"这一概念至今已经有20多年的时间了,但是学者们对于组织公民行为概念的争论一直都未曾停歇。虽然Organ于1997年在分析了以往学者的质疑之后提出可以根据"关联绩效"的概念来对组织公民行为进行重新定义,但是学者们对于这一新的定义还未达成一致的认识。而与此同时,学者们认为员工组织公民行为的动机及其影响效应也存在着容易被人忽视的"阴暗面"。因此,关于组织公民行为的准确定义、动机和影响效应都还有待于广大学者们去进行更深一步的探索和研究。
[Abstract]:Organ put forward the concept of "organizational citizenship behavior" for more than 20 years, but scholars have never stopped arguing about the concept of organizational citizenship behavior. Although Organ analyzed the queries of past scholars in 1997, it proposed that we can redefine organizational citizenship behavior according to the concept of "relational performance", but scholars have not yet reached a consensus on this new definition. At the same time, scholars believe that the motivation and effect of employee organizational citizenship behavior also exist in the "dark side" which is easily ignored. Therefore, the exact definition, motivation and effect of organizational citizenship behavior have yet to be further explored and studied by the majority of scholars.
