【摘要】：制药企业实施生态工程,不仅关系到人民群众的生命与健康,还关系到利益相关者的共生。生态工程作为一项复杂的系统工程,旨在提高制药企业可持续能力与生态管理绩效,促进制药企业与利益相关者共生、共荣与共赢。制药企业通过实施生态工程,构建制药企业与利益相关者新型的共生模式与机制。制药企业及其利益相关者在发展循环经济的背景下,应坚持"尊重生命,维护生态"的理念,树立"良心、良知、良能"等良善价值观,全面推进清洁生产,贯彻ISO14000环境管理,共同参与环境保护。这需要政策引导,法律推动,围绕制药企业生态工程的实施,完善激励性规制,从伦理与制度两个维度,促进制药企业及其利益相关者建立良善的共生模式与共生环境。
[Abstract]:The implementation of ecological engineering pharmaceutical enterprises, not only related to people's life and health, but also related to the coexistence of stakeholders. Ecological engineering is a complex system engineering, in order to improve the performance and sustainability of ecological management of pharmaceutical enterprises, promote the pharmaceutical enterprises and the interests of their common prosperity and win-win symbiosis, through the implementation of pharmaceutical enterprises. Ecological engineering, construction of pharmaceutical enterprises and stakeholders new symbiosis mode and mechanism. The pharmaceutical enterprise and its stakeholders in the development of circular economy in the background, should adhere to the "respect for life, maintenance of ecological" concept, establish "conscience, conscience, view" and other good values, and comprehensively promote clean production, the implementation of ISO14000 environment management, to participate in environmental protection. It needs policy guidance, legal promotion, pharmaceutical companies around the implementation of ecological engineering, improve the incentive regulation, from two aspects of system and ethics, Promote the establishment of a good symbiotic model and a symbiotic environment for the pharmaceutical companies and their stakeholders.
