基于现代学徒制的城市云创业平台构建研究

【摘要】：传统的和单一依托网络的创业创新管理模式已经不能满足当今社会发展的要求。文章基于当前我国城市创业创新管理模式运行过程中所暴露出的一系列问题,提出了基于现代学徒制的城市云创业平台模式,并对这一新模式的内涵、特征、优势等进行了有益探讨。在此基础上,构建了基于现代学徒制的城市云创业平台的架构,从建立和完善城市创业创新运行机制、绩效和信用评估体系、配套公共服务支撑体系三个角度,提出了构建现代学徒制下城市云创业平台的政策选择。
[Abstract]:The traditional and single network-based entrepreneurial innovation management model can not meet the needs of the development of today's society. This paper based on the current urban entrepreneurial innovation management model in China exposed a series of problems. This paper puts forward the urban cloud entrepreneurial platform model based on the modern apprenticeship system, and discusses the connotation, characteristics and advantages of the new model. The structure of urban cloud entrepreneurship platform based on modern apprenticeship system is constructed, from three angles: establishing and perfecting urban entrepreneurship innovation operation mechanism, performance and credit evaluation system, supporting system of supporting public services. This paper puts forward the policy choice of constructing urban cloud entrepreneurial platform under modern apprenticeship system.
