SF企业生产效率提升策略研究

【摘要】:通过对我国多家家具制造厂及供应商进行调研得知,大多数的家具企业都属于小型手工艺及作坊式的管理模式,其对生产管理并没有一个明确的管理体系、管理目标。而且,企业领导基本都是从企业效益出发,缺乏科学化的管理方式,更没有意识到生产管理的重要性,而企业如需提高生产效率,传统的做法就是追加成本,这给企业带来了极大的资金压力。所以,如何实现以较少的投资换取更大的利润是目前急需解决的问题。本文以SF企业为对象开展研究。通过对SF企业生产效率的现状分析、影响因素分析得知,企业在生产效率方面面临着诸多问题,这些问题已经直接影响到企业日后的发展与升级。所以,企业高层希望通过专业化的生产效率提升方案来解决企业所面临的问题。在此生产效率提升方案需要从企业实际出发,对企业目前的生产情况、人员以及生产管理体系方面进行优化,从而实现生产车间管理的科学化、合理化,并最终达到提高SF企业生产效率的目的。下面详细论述本文主要的研究过程及研究内容。(1)背景调研阶段,通过文献法对论文相关背景情况以及现有的国内、国外研究成果进行了调研,并且将最终的调研结果作为后续研究的基础支撑。(2)理论研究阶段,为了使得研究方案更加科学化、合理化,本研究应用了工业工程理论、生产效率理论、流程优化理论以及5S现场管理理论,上述理论是课题研究的基础。采用了理论联系实际的方式,将专业化的理论应用到课题研究中。(3)诊断阶段,本文深入分析了SF企业原材料利用率、设备利用率、人员劳动生产率以及成本产值率,从这四方面来诊断SF企业生产效率现状问题。(4)因素分析阶段,针对前面提出的四方面诊断内容,本阶段进行逐一的因素分析,首先分析了原材料利用率方面的影响因素,然后分析了设备方面以及人员方面的影响因素,最后分析了生产成本方面的影响因素。(5)提升策略构建阶段,根据项目生产管理理论,从原材料方面、设备方面、人员方面以及成本产值率方面进行提升。在方案的实施过程中,还需要配合相关的实施保障对策,如薪资管理、绩效管理对策等等。该研究方案从理论联系实际的角度出发,为SF企业生产效率提供完善的提升策略。本研究对民营制造企业生产管理、生产效率提升提供了一定的理论参考。而且此方案不仅仅可以解决沈阳SF企业这一家民营企业所面临的问题,也可以为我国的中小民营企业提供借鉴和参考,推动我国民营企业在车间工作现场生产效率管理方面不断向前发展。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of many furniture manufacturers and suppliers in China, most furniture enterprises belong to the small handicraft and workshop management mode, and there is no clear management system for the production management. Management objectives. Moreover, enterprise leaders are basically from the enterprise efficiency, lack of scientific management, not aware of the importance of production management, and enterprises need to improve production efficiency. The traditional way is to add cost, which brings great financial pressure to the enterprise. So. How to achieve greater profits with less investment is an urgent problem. This paper takes SF enterprises as the object of study. Through the analysis of the current situation of production efficiency of SF enterprises, the influence factors are analyzed. Enterprises are faced with many problems in production efficiency, these problems have a direct impact on the future development and upgrading of enterprises. The high level of the enterprise hopes to solve the problem which the enterprise faces through the specialized production efficiency promotion plan. In this production efficiency promotion plan needs to proceed from the enterprise reality, to the enterprise present production situation. The personnel and the production management system are optimized to realize the scientific and rational management of the production workshop. And finally achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency of SF enterprises. This paper discusses the main research process and research content. Through the literature method of the relevant background of the paper and the existing domestic and foreign research results were investigated, and the final research results as the basis of follow-up research support. 2) theoretical research stage. In order to make the research project more scientific and reasonable, this study applies industrial engineering theory, production efficiency theory, process optimization theory and 5S field management theory. The above theory is the basis of the subject research. The theory of specialization is applied to the diagnostic stage of the subject research by combining theory with practice. This paper deeply analyzes the utilization ratio of raw materials in SF enterprises. Equipment utilization, labor productivity and cost and output rate, from these four aspects to diagnose the SF enterprise production efficiency problem. This stage carries on the factor analysis one by one, first has analyzed the raw material utilization factor aspect influence factor, then has analyzed the equipment aspect as well as the personnel aspect influence factor. Finally, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of production cost. 5) the strategy construction stage, according to the project production management theory, from the raw materials, equipment. In the implementation of the program, we also need to cooperate with the relevant implementation safeguards, such as salary management. Performance management countermeasures and so on. The research program from the perspective of theory and practice, for SF enterprise production efficiency to provide a sound strategy. This study on the production management of private manufacturing enterprises. This scheme can not only solve the problems faced by Shenyang SF enterprise, but also provide reference for the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country. To promote the development of production efficiency management in workshop work site for private enterprises in our country.
