公平互动、心理授权与组织成员幸福感提升

【摘要】:提升组织成员幸福感有助于提升组织绩效,以公平互动为视角对组织成员幸福感问题进行分析,并对心理授权在这一过程中的作用机制进行讨论,结果表明:公平互动与组织成员幸福感存在着正比例关系,心理授权在公平互动提升组织成员幸福感过程中起中介作用。为此,领导者应积极关注公平互动与心理授权,提升组织成员幸福感,促进组织整体发展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the well-being of organization members helps to improve organizational performance. From the perspective of fair interaction, this paper analyzes the well-being of organization members, and discusses the mechanism of psychological empowerment in this process. The results show that there is a positive proportional relationship between fair interaction and the well-being of organization members, and psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role in the process of fair interaction to enhance the well-being of organization members. Therefore, leaders should actively pay attention to fair interaction and psychological empowerment. Enhance the happiness of the members of the organization and promote the overall development of the organization.
