高管权力、薪酬分配与未来绩效相关性分析

【摘要】:本文选取2011-2015年我国沪深两市A股上市公司作为研究对象,结合我国目前的实际市场情况,分析了高管权力、薪酬分配(或差距)与企业未来绩效之间的关系,并深层次研究高管权力对薪酬差距与企业未来绩效正相关的调节作用。研究结果发现:我国企业高管团队内的薪酬差距与未来绩效呈显著正相关,符合锦标赛理论的激励效应;高管权力与其团队内的薪酬差距呈正相关,即权力越大的高管,其薪酬越高;高管权力对薪酬差距与公司未来绩效之间的正相关有正向调节作用。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2011-2015 as the research object, and analyzes the relationship among executive power, salary distribution (or gap) and the future performance of enterprises, combining with the actual market situation in China. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the salary gap and future performance, which is in line with the incentive effect of championship theory. Executive power has a positive correlation with the pay gap in the team, that is, the higher the executive power, the higher the salary; the higher the executive power is, the positive correlation between the pay gap and the future performance of the company is positively adjusted.
