高校共青团科技创新创业绩效评估研究——基于广东“攀登计划”1000个项目的分析

【摘要】：大学生创新创业能力的培养是系统提升大学生综合思维能力、促进大学生就业成才的有效方法。广东大学生科技创新培育项目将培养人才的创新创业素质与大学生科技项目充分结合。以广东大学生创新创业工作涉及的五大主体为分析视角,对现有体制下科技创新创业"攀登计划"实施的成效及挑战进行深入分析,系统提出改善广东高校大学生科技创新创业"攀登计划"的政策措施建议,以进一步推动高校大学生科技创新创业的深化改革与发展。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability is to systematically enhance the comprehensive thinking ability of college students. The effective method to promote the employment of college students. The project of fostering scientific and technological innovation of college students in Guangdong will fully combine the innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of cultivating talents with the scientific and technological projects of college students. The five major issues involved in the innovative and entrepreneurial work of college students in Guangdong Province are discussed in this paper. The main body is an analytical perspective, This paper makes a deep analysis of the achievements and challenges of the implementation of the climbing Plan for Scientific and technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the existing system, and puts forward the policy and measures to improve the "climbing Plan" for the scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Guangdong Province. In order to further promote the deepening reform and development of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.
