联合风险投资对被投企业绩效的影响机理——基于领投公司控制权与网络位置视角

【摘要】：联合风险投资为被投企业带来比独立投资更多的回报,联合风险投资中领投公司发挥了重要作用。本文基于控制权与网络位置的视角,探析领投公司控制权特征和网络结构特质对被投企业绩效的影响机理。研究表明:联合风险投资中领投公司为控制权主导方且网络位置占优则对被投企业绩效有显著正向影响。
[Abstract]:Joint venture capital brings more returns than independent investment for the invested enterprises. The lead investment companies play an important role in joint venture capital. This paper based on the perspective of control rights and network location, This paper probes into the influence mechanism of the characteristics of control rights and network structure on the performance of the invested enterprises. The research shows that in the joint venture capital, the leading company is the dominant party of control and the dominant position of the network has a significant positive impact on the performance of the invested enterprises.
