组织成员动态情感与创新能力的关联性探究

【摘要】:从动态视角对组织成员情感与创新能力关系进行研究,探究动态情感作用于创新能力的机制,可以为组织成员创新能力提升和组织绩效发展提供有益借鉴。动态情感主要表现为情感反转,并通过内驱动力对组织成员创新行为产生影响,在这个过程中,情感延迟、个体特征、情感特征、情景因素等作为变量起着促进或阻碍的作用。基于此,领导者应提升其情感管理能力,促进组织成员积极情感形成,进而促进其创新能力发展。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the relationship between organization members' emotion and innovation ability from the dynamic angle of view, and probes into the mechanism of dynamic emotion acting on innovation ability. It can provide useful reference for the improvement of innovation ability of organizational members and the development of organizational performance. The dynamic emotion is mainly manifested as emotional reversal and has an impact on the innovative behavior of organizational members through internal driving force. In this process, the emotion is delayed. As variables, individual characteristics, affective characteristics and situational factors play an important role in promoting or hindering the development of creative ability. Therefore, leaders should improve their ability of emotional management, promote the formation of positive emotions among members of the organization, and then promote the development of their innovative abilities.
