【摘要】:目前,中国经济正处于快速发展时期,这对中国传统社会结构,造成了极大的冲击和影响。社会经济体制转型的改变,让我们在物质生活上愈来愈富裕,但是在精神、心理感受上却越来越不快乐,越来越多的人都感受不到物质生活提高后带来的满足、快乐,越来越多的人出现抑郁症状。在许多企业中,企业管理者和普通员工情绪都不高,身体处于亚健康状态,而心理健康情况更令人担忧。产生这种现象最大的原因是来自工作和职场中人际关系的压力,生活节奏的加快导致缺乏幸福感受。在企业发展管理中,员工援助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称EAP)可以指导企业管理层及时发现员工存在的心理问题、交往过程中的人际关系障碍问题等,并依据不同人员具体情况提供解决方案,降低因这些问题而产生的风险,提升企业管理效能,实现企业与员工共赢。黑龙江X保险公司自2013年下半年起,利用开展问卷调查活动,了解员工队伍目前心理状态。通过分析,公司员工心理压力占比较大,工会建议与外部专业心理咨询公司合作,引进EAP项目,针对性的解决公司目前面临的问题,并对今后可能发生的问题进行积极预防。本论文论述了目前国内保险企业从业员工面临的压力现状,并从企业发展的管理需求以及员工个人心理健康需求的两个角度出发,系统描述EAP项目开展的重要意义及实施的具体流程。以黑龙江X保险公司EAP项目推进过程中所取得的基础数据、信息、对策性方案案例为基础,描述了EAP项目计划推进的过程和实施反馈情况和存在的不足,并根据不足提出对策及保障措施。通过不同类型的数据指标改善,证明EAP可作为各类企业新型人力资源管理的一种拓展思路,可很大程度地释放员工压力、缓解员工焦虑心态,提高员工的忠诚度,增强团队的凝聚力和向心力,提高企业员工的工作水平,提升员工的工作绩效,改善企业的经营状况,使企业经营更容易,可为各行各业的EAP推广工作提供依据与借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese economy is in a period of rapid development, which has caused great impact and influence on the traditional social structure of China. The transformation of the social and economic system has made us more and more affluent in material life, but in the spirit, More and more people feel less and less satisfied, happy, more and more people have depression symptoms. In many enterprises, the mood of business managers and ordinary employees is not high. The biggest cause for this phenomenon is the pressure of interpersonal relationships at work and in the workplace, and the quickening pace of life leads to a lack of happiness. Employee Assistance Program (EAPs) can guide the management of enterprises to find out the psychological problems of employees, the problems of interpersonal relationship barriers and so on, and provide solutions according to the specific situation of different people. To reduce the risks caused by these problems, to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management, and to achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and its employees. Since 2013, Heilongjiang X Insurance Company has been conducting a questionnaire survey. Understand the current psychological state of the staff. Through analysis, the company staff psychological pressure is relatively large, the trade union suggested to cooperate with the outside professional psychological consulting company, introduce EAP project, and solve the problems that the company is facing at present. This paper discusses the current situation of pressure faced by employees in domestic insurance enterprises, and starts from the management needs of enterprise development and the needs of individual mental health of employees. This paper systematically describes the significance of EAP project and the concrete process of its implementation. It is based on the basic data, information and case study of EAP project carried out by Heilongjiang X Insurance Company. This paper describes the process of EAP project planning and implementation feedback and shortcomings, and puts forward countermeasures and protection measures according to the shortcomings, which can be improved by different types of data indicators. It is proved that EAP can be used as a kind of expansion thought of new human resource management in all kinds of enterprises, which can release the pressure of employees to a great extent, relieve the anxiety of employees, improve the loyalty of employees, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. Improving the working level of the employees, improving the performance of the employees, improving the operating situation of the enterprise, making the enterprise management easier, can provide the basis and reference for the promotion of EAP in various industries.
