平衡计分卡在耐特康赛有限公司的应用研究

【摘要】：随着现代市场经济全球化的迅速推进,企业所处的竞争环境已发生诸多变化。在新的管理环境下,企业的管理模式正在逐渐向战略管理模式转变,而企业绩效管理作为战略管理的重要内容也被越来越多的企业所认同。虽然近年来绩效管理受到国内企业的普遍重视,但是由于国内企业自身管理水平低下,并且对绩效管理缺乏深层次的认识和理解,导致企业的绩效管理未见成效。本文以耐特康赛有限公司为例,选取了平衡计分卡这一方法对该企业的绩效管理进行改进。本文首先对平衡计分卡这一研究的背景及意义做了详细介绍,并阐述了国内外学者研究平衡计分卡的观点;其次,本文阐述了平衡计分卡的相关概述,然后描述了耐特康赛有限公司的基本情况,指出了其在绩效管理中存在的问题,并进行财务分析,围绕客户、财务、学习与成长、内部流程四个维度对关键绩效指标和权重进行设计,为其构建设计平衡计分卡体系,分析实施过程中可能存在的问题并提出解决方案;最后对全文进行总结,指出文章的不足并提出对未来的展望。随着大数据时代的到来,互联网行业的竞争呈现愈演愈烈之势,本文以耐特康赛有限公司为例构建平衡计分卡,希望能够对国内互联网企业提高绩效管理水平,建立有效的业绩评价体系提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the globalization of modern market economy, many changes have taken place in the competitive environment of enterprises. Under the new management environment, the management mode of enterprises is gradually changing to the mode of strategic management. As an important part of strategic management, enterprise performance management has been recognized by more and more enterprises. In recent years, performance management has been generally valued by domestic enterprises, but due to the low level of domestic enterprises' own management, And the lack of deep understanding and understanding of performance management, resulting in the performance management of enterprises has not been effective. This paper selects the method of balanced scorecard to improve the performance management of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on balanced scorecard in detail, and expounds the viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad on the research of balanced scorecard. This paper describes the relevant overview of the balanced Scorecard, then describes the basic situation of Netcom, points out its problems in performance management, and carries out financial analysis, focusing on customer, finance, learning and growth. The four dimensions of internal process design key performance indicators and weights, design the balanced scorecard system for it, analyze the possible problems in the implementation process and propose solutions; finally, summarize the full text, With the coming of big data era, the competition of Internet industry is becoming more and more fierce. This paper takes Netcom as an example to construct balanced scorecard. Hope to improve the performance management level of domestic Internet enterprises and establish an effective performance evaluation system to provide some reference.
