医院预算范围拓展与绩效考核的实现

【摘要】：本文通过制定医院绩效考核财务维度KPI,以平衡计分卡为考核工具,实现医院预算范围拓展指标的月度、年度绩效考核,旨在提升医院预算管理水平、拓展医院预算范围、保障医院预算目标的实现。该方案的实施有效提升了医院预算执行力与预算质量,对不断优化医院医疗收入结构、转变医院收入增长方式、降低运营成本起到积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:By making the financial dimension of hospital performance appraisal KPI, using balanced scorecard as the assessment tool, this paper realizes the monthly and annual performance appraisal of the hospital budget range expansion index, aiming at improving the hospital budget management level and expanding the hospital budget scope. The implementation of the program can effectively improve the budget execution and budget quality, optimize the structure of hospital medical revenue, change the mode of hospital revenue growth, and reduce the operating cost.
