基于价值网视角的天津市城市管理绩效评价研究

【摘要】：本文从价值网视角,结合城市管理理论及绩效评价理论,探索并构建天津市城市管理绩效的评价指标体系。再运用层次分析法计算各项指标权重,并在权重计算过程中使用MATLAB软件进行输入获取,最终得出天津市城市管理绩效评估结果,为城市管理及行政执法人员的工作发展提供积极的参考意见与方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of value net, combined with the theory of urban management and the theory of performance evaluation, this paper explores and constructs the evaluation index system of Tianjin's urban management performance, and then calculates the weight of each index by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the process of weight calculation, MATLAB software is used to input and obtain the results of Tianjin city management performance evaluation, which provides a positive reference and direction for the development of urban management and administrative law enforcement personnel.
