企业外部关系网络、知识吸收能力与国际化绩效关系研究

【摘要】:新的商业经济时代必定会有其特殊的烙印,企业与企业之间的竞争日益激烈,不能放眼未来,只求一隅,企业注定会被时代所淘汰。在这样的形势下,企业走出国门迈向世界,倒是明智之举。然而,由于环境动态性和复杂性越来越显著,企业国际化成长显现出新的特征,新的时代背景已经不容许企业不关注外部关系网络而完全依赖自身的内部资源和能力来谋求跨国发展。稳固庞大的国际关系网络已然成为促进企业国际化成长的重要力量,构建、推广以及维护企业的外部关系网络已经成为越来越多的企业成功走向国际化的最佳抉择。在国内,站在关系网络的角度对企业国际化的研究还很少,还有很多地方需要去完善。现如今,对于国际化的一些研究文献还只是停留在对西方学者研究成果的归纳和评述的基础阶段,国内学者更需要开拓进取,基于中国企业国际化水平的实际情况,去探索符合中国企业实际的理论。本研究在系统梳理企业国际化、企业关系网络、知识吸收能力等领域相关研究文献的基础之上,提出了“企业外部关系网络—知识吸收能力—企业国际化绩效”的研究模型,从企业外部关系网络的结构维度、关系维度和认知维度这三个维度出发,考虑知识吸收能力的中介作用,以国内有国际化业务的企业为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式来获取样本数据,通过理论推导、模型构建、描述性统计分析、信度和效度分析、结构方程分析等一系列研究分析以及相关数理统计工具如SPSS 19.0和AMOS 17.0的综合运用,对企业外部关系网络通过正向影响企业知识吸收能力而促进企业国际化绩效提升的机理进行了探讨,得出的结论有:(1)企业外部关系网络与企业国际化绩效存在着显著的正相关关系。企业外部关系网络的三个维度对企业国际化绩效的影响是至关重要的,企业要想加快国际化的进程,就必须注重与国内外企业或组织的关系网络的构建,紧密的、可靠的、稳定的、相互信赖的关系网络,有利于国际化绩效的提升。(2)知识吸收能力与企业国际化绩效存在着显著的正相关关系。企业知识获取能力、知识消化能力、知识应用能力的不断强化,对企业国际化绩效的提高起到重要的作用,即企业可以借助于内部的知识吸收能力,将获得的来自于国内外企业或组织的知识进一步转化,以进行合理的利用,尤其在国际化进程中知识吸收能力的作用更为突显。(3)企业外部关系网络与知识吸收能力密切相关,在很大程度上,构建良好的企业外部关系网络有利于知识吸收能力的提升。由于企业外部关系网络的结构维度到知识应用能力的路径系数不显著,这就导致研究假设H1在实证分析中只能得到部分支持,进一步表明了知识应用能力是企业内部的一种能力,与企业自身的组织完善程度以及成熟度密切相关,而与企业外部关系网络的结构维度关系不大。而企业外部关系网络的关系维度和认知维度与知识吸收能力存在显著正相关的关系,要想提高知识吸收能力的水平,就必须要构建出与其他企业或组织间相互信任、相互认可、能遵守互惠规范、有共同语言和相似价值观的关系网络。(4)企业外部关系网络对企业国际化绩效的影响,一部分是两者之间的直接作用,一部分是通过知识吸收能力这个中介的间接作用。对于研究假设H4的推论,通过实证分析可知,该研究假设得到了部分支持。进一步说明企业要走向国际化,不仅要依赖外部的关系网络,还要充分发挥企业内部知识吸收能力的作用,企业自身内部和外部相结合,形成合力,才能更好地加快企业走出去的步伐。中国企业“走出去”的道路还很漫长,仍需更进一步。国内企业要主动融入当地的产业网络、集群网络以及社会关系网络之中,与当地的企业、政府、科研机构、金融机构、中介机构及其他组织建立较为良好的关系,这是企业构建国际商业网络和全球战略网络的根本。在注重外部关系网络的同时,企业自身要加强对国际化知识如国际化先进技术知识、管理经验和市场运作等知识经验的重视程度,要有远见,不求一隅,加强对外来新知识的识别能力、吸收能力、消化能力以及应用能力和创新能力的培养,以更为积极、主动的姿态获取国际化经验和知识。
[Abstract]:The new commercial economy will have its special brand, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, not in the future, but a enterprise is doomed to be eliminated by the times. In this situation, enterprises go out into the world, it is a wise move. However, as more and more dynamic and complex environment obviously, the enterprise internationalization growth shows new features, the new era has not allowed enterprises do not pay attention to external network and completely rely on their own internal resources and the ability to seek cross-border development. Solid huge international network has become an important force to promote the construction of enterprise internationalization growth, promotion and maintenance of the network external relations of enterprises has become the best choice of successful internationalization. More and more enterprises in the domestic research on the internationalization of enterprises stand in the perspective of the relationship networks is Less, there are many places need to perfect. Now, the foundation stage for some international research literature only focuses on western scholars' research results summarized and reviewed, the domestic scholars need to forge ahead, the actual situation of the level of internationalization of enterprises based on Chinese, to explore with the China enterprise actual theory. The Research on internationalization systematic enterprise, enterprise relationship network, based on the relevant research literature and other fields of knowledge absorptive capacity, proposed a research model of enterprise external network, absorptive capacity and enterprise internationalization performance ", from the structure dimension of the enterprise external network, the relationship between dimension and cognitive dimension this three dimensions, considering the role of knowledge the absorption capacity of the domestic and international business, to the enterprise as the research object, to obtain the sample data by means of questionnaire, through The derived model, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, using structural equation analysis and a series of research and analysis of related statistical tools such as SPSS 19 and AMOS 17, the external networks absorbed through the positive influence of enterprise knowledge and ability promotion mechanism to enhance enterprise internationalization performance is discussed, the the conclusions are: (1) the internationalization of enterprise external network and enterprise performance has a significant positive correlation. The influence of the three dimensions of enterprise external network of enterprise internationalization performance is vital to the enterprise to accelerate the process of internationalization, we must focus on the construction of network relationship with domestic enterprises or organizations the compact, reliable, stable, network relations of mutual trust, is conducive to the internationalization performance. (2) the knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise internationalization performance. In a significant positive correlation. The enterprise knowledge acquisition capability, knowledge assimilation capability, knowledge application ability unceasingly strengthens, the important role to improve the performance of enterprise internationalization, the enterprises can rely on the internal knowledge absorption capacity, further transformation will get from the domestic and foreign enterprises or organizations to carry out knowledge. Reasonable use, especially in the process of internationalization of the knowledge absorption capacity is more obvious. (3) the external social network and knowledge absorptive capacity is closely related to a great extent, the construction enterprise external network is beneficial to enhance the capability of absorbing the knowledge. Because the path coefficient of external networks to the structure dimensions of knowledge the application ability is not significant, which leads to the research hypothesis H1 can only get some support in the empirical analysis, further demonstrates the ability of knowledge application is inside the enterprise A kind of ability, and the enterprise organization degree of perfection and maturity is closely related with external networks not structure dimension relationship exists significant positive correlation between the enterprise external network relationship dimension and cognitive dimension and knowledge absorption ability, to improve the capability of absorbing the knowledge level, it is necessary to build mutual trust, and other enterprises or organizations of mutual recognition, to abide by the norms of reciprocity, common language and similar network values. (4) effects of external networks on enterprise internationalization performance, one part is direct effect between the two, is a part of the intermediary role of indirect absorption capacity through knowledge for hypothesis H4 inference, the empirical analysis shows that, the research hypothesis was partially supported. To further illustrate enterprise internationalization, not only to rely on external The relationship between the network, but also give full play to the role of the enterprise internal knowledge absorptive capacity, enterprise internal and external combination, form a cohesive force, in order to accelerate the pace of enterprises to go out. Chinese enterprises "going out" of the road is still very long, still need further. Domestic enterprises should take the initiative to integrate into the local industrial network, cluster the network and the network of social relationship, and the local government, enterprises, research institutions, financial institutions, intermediaries and other organizations to establish a good relationship, which is the enterprise to build international business network and global strategic network on external networks at all. At the same time, enterprises should strengthen the internationalization knowledge such as international advanced technical knowledge, importance of management experience and market knowledge and experience, to have a vision, not for the corner, to strengthen the new knowledge of foreign recognition ability, absorptive capacity, The development of digestion and application and innovation ability to acquire international experience and knowledge in a more active and active manner.
