领导排斥的概念及其影响因素毒性三角模型

【摘要】:领导排斥是一种广泛存在于各类组织中的工作场所偏离行为,体现为下属主观感知到的来自上级的忽视、排斥与拒绝。相关研究表明,它对下属的工作满意度与工作绩效等存在显著负性影响。但目前学术界尚缺乏专门针对领导排斥的系统学术研究。本文在对领导排斥的概念、特点及相关研究进行总结和分析的基础上,参照Padilla的破坏型领导毒性三角模型从领导、下属和组织环境三个角度对领导排斥的具体影响因素进行深入探讨,以期为后续研究和相关实践工作提供重要理论参考。
[Abstract]:Leadership exclusion is a kind of workplace deviation that widely exists in all kinds of organizations. It is reflected in subordinate subjective perception of neglect, exclusion and rejection from superiors. It has a significant negative impact on the job satisfaction and job performance of subordinates. However, there is no systematic academic research on leadership exclusion in academic circles at present. Based on the summary and analysis of the characteristics and related studies, the specific factors affecting leadership exclusion are discussed from three angles of leadership, subordinates and organizational environment, referring to Padilla's destructive leadership toxicity triangle model. In order to provide an important theoretical reference for the follow-up research and related practical work.
