学术创业团队的构成与冲突对创业绩效影响研究

【摘要】:当今世界,伴随着创业活动的发展如火如茶,创业精神备受推崇。其中,有关学术创业的兴起也引起了社会各界的广泛关注。与此同时,研究发现绝大多数的创业活动以团队的形式开展,原因在于团队创业的成功率要显著高于个人创业。本研究从学术创业团队的视角出发,结合角色认同理论,首先对学术创业团队的构成异质性、团队冲突和创业绩效等关键变量进行了文献综述,接着对本研究的变量进行了界定,分析了几个变量之间的相互关系,然后探索性地构建了学术创业团队的构成异质性、团队冲突、角色认同和创业绩效四个变量之间的理论框架模型,并据此提出相关假设,对四者之间的关系及其内在作用机制进行了较深入探讨,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本研究通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方法,在进行系统整理国内外大量相关文献基础上,设计并发放调查问卷,最终回收有效问卷120份,通过运用SPSS19.0统计软件对所搜集的数据进行实证分析,最终本文得到以下主要结论:(1)学术创业团队构成异质性和团队冲突可以对创业绩效产生直接影响。(2)学术创业团队构成异质性对团队冲突也会产生影响。(3)团队冲突在学术创业团队异质性和创业绩效之间可以起到部分中介作用,即为学术创业团队构成异质性可以通过团队冲突进而影响创业绩效。(4)角色认同在学术创业团队异质性和团队冲突之间起到调节作用。基于上述研究结论,本文系统详细地分析其理论意义和实践意义,并认真总结了在研究过程中存在的缺陷和不足之处,最后对学术创业团队构成异质性、团队冲突、角色认同与创业绩效之间未来的研究进行展望,并提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the development of entrepreneurial activities as hot as tea, entrepreneurship is highly respected. Among them, the rise of academic entrepreneurship has also aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. At the same time, It is found that the majority of entrepreneurial activities are carried out in the form of team, because the success rate of team entrepreneurship is significantly higher than that of individual entrepreneurship. Firstly, the paper reviews the key variables of academic entrepreneurial team, such as heterogeneity, team conflict and entrepreneurial performance, then defines the variables in this study, and analyzes the relationship between these variables. Then the theoretical framework model between the four variables of academic entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, team conflict, role identification and entrepreneurial performance is constructed, and the relevant assumptions are put forward. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the relationship between the four persons and their internal mechanism of action. Based on the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview, this study systematically collates a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad. The questionnaire was designed and distributed, 120 valid questionnaires were collected, and the collected data were analyzed empirically by using SPSS19.0 statistical software. Finally, this paper draws the following main conclusions: 1) Heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team composition and team conflict can have a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance. 2) composition heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team will also have an impact on team conflict. In the academic entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance can play a part of the intermediary role, That is, the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team structure can play a role in regulating the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team and team conflict through team conflict and then affect entrepreneurial performance. This paper systematically analyzes its theoretical and practical significance, and summarizes the defects and deficiencies in the research process. Finally, it forms heterogeneity and team conflict for academic entrepreneurial team. The future research between role identity and entrepreneurial performance is prospected, and relevant suggestions are put forward.
