基于环境动态性和组织冗余交互调节的产品创新对新产品绩效的影响

【摘要】:当今全球经济飞速发展,商业竞争愈演愈烈,科学技术日新月异的21世纪,创新已经成为时代发展的重要动力和科学技术进步的重要源泉,同时成为了现代商业竞争博弈的重要特点。如果企业希望在当今激烈的市场竞争中处于市场的优势地位,就要时刻保持产品创新,进而提升企业的新产品绩效。在研究方法上,本篇论文将定性研究和定量研究相结合。在定性研究中,作者首先查阅国内外相关文献资料,结果发现目前学术界有关产品创新和新产品绩效的关系研究不够深入,有关环境动态性和组织冗余对产品创新和新产品绩效之间关系的调节作用的研究还有待完善。为此,本文构建了一个研究模型,这个模型包含产品创新、环境动态性、组织冗余、新产品绩效四个变量,并且在文献综述的基础上提出本文的假设。在定量研究中,本文采用AMOS18.0对调研的数据进行验证性因素分析,并且使用SPSS16.0对量表进行信度以及效度的检验,然后对变量进行相关性分析来检验变量间的相关性,最后进行层级回归分析考察产品创新和环境动态性的二维交互效应对新产品绩效有什么影响,以及产品创新、环境动态性和组织冗余的三维交互效应对企业的新产品绩效有何影响。本文的研究结果表明:企业进行产品创新有利于企业新产品绩效的提升;产品创新与环境动态性的二维交互效应对产品创新和新产品绩效的关系有着正向调节作用;产品创新、产品环境动态性和组织冗余三维交互效应对新产品绩效有显著负向影响。本文的三维交互效应研究发现:当企业的外部环境动态性较低并且组织冗余水平也比较低的情境下,企业进行产品创新并不利于新产品绩效的提升。而在其他的情境下,企业进行产品创新对新产品绩效的提升都是有利的。本文通过研究发现,在大多数的情境下,企业进行产品创新是可以提升企业的新产品绩效的,但是在企业组织冗余较少并且企业的环境动态性也低的情境下,这时,企业若是投入很多的产品创新其实对企业的新产品绩效并不会产生好处,甚至会起负作用。本文研究的不足之处在于抽样较少,调查问卷可能存在一定的主观性,具有一定的局限性。接下来的研究方向是扩大调查范围并结合案例研究。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the global economy, business competition, twenty-first Century science and technology change rapidly, innovation has become an important source of power and the progress of science and technology of the development of the times, and has become an important feature of modern business competition. If enterprises want to in the market dominant position in the fierce competition in the market, to keep the product innovation, and enhance the enterprise's new product performance. In research methods, this paper qualitative research and quantitative research. In the qualitative research, the author first referring to the relevant literature, the result indicates that the relationship between the academic circles about product innovation and new product performance is not deep enough, the research on environmental regulation dynamic and organizational slack on the relationship between product innovation and new product performance is to be perfected. Therefore, this paper constructs a A study on the model, this model includes product innovation, dynamic environment, organizational slack, new product performance four variables, and put forward the hypothesis on the basis of the literature review. In the quantitative research, this paper adopts AMOS18.0 confirmatory factor analysis of survey data, and use SPSS16.0 to test the reliability and validity of scale, then the variable correlation analysis to test the correlation between variables, the hierarchical regression analysis of two-dimensional interactive investigation of effects of product innovation and dynamic environment has what influence on the performance of new products, and product innovation, what is the effect of 3D interactive effect of dynamic environment and organizational redundancy of new products to the performance of the enterprise. The results of this study show that: enterprise product innovation can help enterprises to improve new products performance; two-dimensional interactive effect of product innovation and environmental dynamism On the relationship between product innovation and new product performance has a positive moderating effect; product innovation, product dynamic environment and organizational redundancy of 3D interactive effects on new product performance has a significant negative effect. The effect of the interactive 3D found: when the redundancy level dynamics of the external business environment is relatively low and relatively low organization situation next, the enterprise product innovation is not conducive to improving the performance of new products. In other situations, the enterprise product innovation on new product performance is favorable. The study found that in most situations, the enterprise product innovation is to enhance the enterprise's new product performance, but in the enterprise the organization and less redundant dynamic environment of enterprises is also low situation, at this time, if the investment enterprise product innovation for enterprises in a lot of new product performance and does not produce Advantages will even play a negative role. The deficiency of this study is that fewer samples are available. The questionnaire may be subjective and has some limitations. The next research direction is to expand the scope of the survey and combine with case studies.
