建行浙江省分行柜台人员绩效考核改进研究

【摘要】:随着我国金融体制的改革,我国银行快点发展,银行的经营与管理体制也发生了巨大的变化,银行业的发展取得了不容小觑的成果。但是不可忽视的是,随着国内经济对外开放的程度扩大,国际经济一体化趋势越加明显,银行业面临的竞争压力越来越大。同时,伴随客户金融需求的多远变化和选择空间的扩大,银行的金融服务质量也面临更多的考验,提升银行服务效率和服务质量显得尤为重要。柜台人员作为银行的基层人员,其自身素质和工作表现对银行的整体形象和工作质量影响很大,如何提高网点员工的工作效能,仍然是商业银行必须关注的重要问题。商业银行在建立并不断完善柜台人员的绩效考核体系上,进行了广泛持续的探索和尝试,在不断发展的同时,也面临着一些亟待研究解决的问题。本文以建行浙江省分行为研究对象,从银行柜台人员绩效考核角度出发,选取柜台人员绩效考核问题作为研究对象,立足于对该行柜台人员绩效考核相关情况的收集整理、实地考察和问卷调查,着重分析了建行浙江省分行柜台人员绩效考核目前存在的5个方面主要问题,即绩效考核流程不合理、绩效考核考核目的被曲解、绩效考核信息管理不适应、绩效考核内容和指标不合理、绩效考核反馈机制不完善等,并对问题成因进行了深入的思考和分析。希望通过本文的研究,对建行浙江省分行柜台人员绩效考核的改进有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Along with the reform of China's financial system, China's banking quick development, operation and management of the banking system has undergone tremendous changes, the development of the banking sector has been underestimated results. But can not be ignored, with the domestic economic opening degree of expansion, the trend of international economic integration has become increasingly obvious, competitive pressure is the banking industry is facing increasingly. At the same time, along with the change and choice of space to expand how far the financial needs of customers, the quality of financial services of banks also face more challenges, enhance the bank service efficiency and service quality is very important. The counter staff as bank staff, its quality and performance has great influence on the bank's overall the image and quality of work, how to improve the working efficiency of network staff, is still an important problem that commercial bank must pay close attention. Commercial banks in establishing and perfecting The counter staff performance appraisal system, carried out extensive ongoing exploration and attempt in development at the same time, it also faces some problems. In this paper, the construction of the Zhejiang branch as the research object, starting from the perspective of performance appraisal at the bank counter, the counter selection of personnel performance appraisal problems as the research object, based on the on the counter staff performance appraisal of collection, field investigation and questionnaire survey, analyzes the main problems existing in the 5 aspects of the Zhejiang branch of China Construction Bank counter staff performance appraisal, performance appraisal process is not reasonable, the performance appraisal to be distorted, performance appraisal information management to performance appraisal content and the index is not reasonable, the performance appraisal feedback mechanism is not perfect, and the causes of the problem of deep thinking and analysis. This paper hope that through research, to The improvement of the performance assessment of the counter personnel of the Zhejiang branch of CCB has certain guiding significance.
