开放学习与商业模式创新:竞争环境的调节作用

【摘要】：尽管许多企业通过商业模式创新实现了企业绩效的大幅提升,更多的企业却始终无法找到商业模式创新的路径。如何针对转型市场环境特征,选择适合的学习方式来推动商业模式创新成为众多企业关注的焦点问题。本研究在商业生态系统理论、开放学习理论和制度理论的基础上,分析了行业内、外学习与商业模式创新的关系,以及竞争强度与恶性竞争对开放学习与商业模式创新之间关系的调节作用。研究利用183家高新技术企业的数据对提出的假设进行了验证。研究发现,尽管行业外学习会促进商业模式创新,然而,过高的行业内学习却会抑制商业模式创新。恶性竞争削弱了行业内学习与商业模式创新之间的关系而加强了行业外学习与商业模式创新的关系;竞争强度增强了行业内学习与商业模式创新之间的关系而削弱了行业外学习与商业模式创新的关系。
[Abstract]:Although many enterprises achieve a substantial improvement in business model performance through business model innovation, more enterprises are unable to find the path of business model innovation.How to choose the suitable learning method to promote the innovation of business model has become the focus of attention of many enterprises according to the environmental characteristics of the transition market.Based on the business ecosystem theory, open learning theory and system theory, this study analyzes the relationship between intra-industry and out-of-industry learning and business model innovation.The relationship between open learning and business model innovation is regulated by competition intensity and malignant competition.The data of 183 high-tech enterprises are used to verify the hypothesis.The study found that while out-of-industry learning promotes business model innovation, too much intra-industry learning inhibits business model innovation.Vicious competition weakens the relationship between intra-industry learning and business model innovation, and strengthens the relationship between out-of-industry learning and business model innovation.Competition intensity strengthens the relationship between intra-industry learning and business model innovation and weakens the relationship between out-of-industry learning and business model innovation.
