西江经济带汽车产业集群生态创新:绩效评价与优化路径

【摘要】：汽车产业集群是西江经济带最具优势和发展潜力的支柱产业集群,但与我国发达地区和西方发达国家相比,西江经济带的汽车产业生态创新能力依然存在较大差距。为了对西江经济带汽车产业集群的生态创新绩效作出精确评估,文章从创新能力投入、创新能力产出、经济效益、环境效益和社会效益这五个方面构建汽车产业集群生态创新绩效评价体系。通过对20家西江经济带汽车产业集群的生态创新绩效评价实证研究和分析,研究发现:绩效评价可较为客观地反映汽车产业集群的生态创新水平,从而引导企业对生态创新能力提升的重视,促使企业之间对比分析生态创新竞争能力。由此提出优化西江经济带汽车产业集群发展路径,以进一步推动西江经济带汽车产业集群发展向生态创新方向转型与升级。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry cluster is the West River economic belt is the most advantage and development potential of the industrial cluster, but compared with the developed areas of our country and western developed countries, still there is a big gap between the automobile industry ecological innovation of Xijiang River economic belt. In order to ecological innovation performance of Xijiang River Economic belt automotive industry cluster to make accurate assessment of the innovation the ability to input, innovation output, economic benefit, ecological construction of automobile industry cluster innovation performance evaluation system of environmental and social benefits of the five aspects. Through study of 20 automobile industry cluster of Xijiang River Economic Belt ecological innovation performance evaluation of empirical research and analysis, performance evaluation can objectively reflect the ecological innovation level of automobile industry the cluster, so as to guide the enterprises to enhance the innovation ability of ecological value, promote the enterprise competition ability between the comparative analysis of ecological innovation. This paper proposes to optimize the development path of the automobile industry cluster in Xijiang economic belt, so as to further promote the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry cluster in the Xijiang economic zone to the direction of ecological innovation.
