基于弹性工程概念的作业人员安全绩效研究

【摘要】:为提高企业作业人员安全绩效,引入弹性工程概念,总结提出基础弹性因子、行为弹性因子2个方面的7个弹性维度,并构建弹性工程概念对作业人员安全绩效的影响关系模型。根据一家国有化工企业的调研结果,利用多重中介的结构方程模型(SEM)与乘积分布算法进行量化分析,得到弹性概念维度对作业人员安全绩效的影响作用路径。结果表明,作业人员行为弹性因子直接影响安全绩效;4个基础弹性因子均可通过3个行为弹性因子不同的中介作用机制与作用效果,不同程度地正向影响员工的安全绩效;日常管理与事故预防行为分别为基础弹性因子与行为弹性因子中最具影响的弹性维度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the safety performance of enterprise operators, the concept of elastic engineering is introduced, and seven elastic dimensions of basic elasticity factor and behavioral elasticity factor are summarized and put forward.The relationship between the concept of elastic engineering and the safety performance of operators is also established.Based on the investigation results of a state-owned chemical enterprise, the structure equation model (SEM) and the product distribution algorithm are used to analyze quantitatively the influence of elastic concept dimension on the safety performance of operators.The results showed that the behavioral elasticity factors directly affected the safety performance, and the four basic elastic factors could positively affect the safety performance of employees through the different intermediary mechanisms and effects of the three behavioral elasticity factors.Daily management and accident prevention behavior are the most influential elastic dimensions of basic elasticity factor and behavior elasticity factor respectively.
