商业模式创新时机与强度对企业绩效的影响——基于资源基础观的视角

【摘要】:新兴电商模式和O2O商业模式的实践显示,并非所有的商业模式创新都能实现企业绩效的提升。而理论研究普遍认为,商业模式的创新能带来良好的企业绩效,单纯考虑两者的直接关系已经不足以解释企业实践中商业模式创新的效果差异。因此,本研究立足资源基础观,考察企业资源、商业模式创新的时机和强度对企业绩效的影响作用,期望对企业实践中商业模式创新的不同效果做出解释。研究发现,商业模式的先动式创新和创新强度对企业资源和绩效的影响关系存在部分中介作用,企业资源水平的差异和在先动式创新以及创新程度上的差异都会造成商业模式创新过程中的绩效差异。因此,企业在权衡商业模式创新的时机和强度时,要充分考虑自身的资源储备和对资源的配置能力;拥有资源优势的企业可以采取先发制人的策略,而资源水平较差的企业,不宜盲目开展先动式创新。
[Abstract]:The practice of new ecommerce model and O2O business model shows that not all business model innovation can improve enterprise performance.However, it is generally believed that the innovation of business model can bring good enterprise performance, and considering the direct relationship between the two is not enough to explain the difference of the effect of business model innovation in enterprise practice.Therefore, based on the resource-based view, this study examines the impact of the opportunity and intensity of enterprise resource and business model innovation on enterprise performance, and expects to explain the different effects of business model innovation in enterprise practice.It is found that the influence of proactive innovation and innovation intensity on enterprise resources and performance is partly mediated.The difference of enterprise resource level and the difference in initiative innovation and innovation degree will result in the difference of performance in the process of business model innovation.Therefore, when weighing the opportunity and intensity of business model innovation, enterprises should fully consider their own resource reserves and their ability to allocate resources.It is not advisable to blindly carry out initiative innovation.
