基于企业视角的施工安全事故损失分类方法

【摘要】：为促进建筑施工企业开展安全生产管理投入产出绩效评价,便于政府部门对企业安全管理水平合理评级,开展基于企业视角的施工安全事故损失分类方法研究。依据建筑安全事故损失的有形性与无形性特点,参照项目管理质量管理因素理论,阐明了安全事故损失分类新方法,按照人、物和资源环境区别划分有形损失,依照个体和组织区别划分无形损失,形成了新的施工安全事故损失统计体系。基于此,选用案例对比分析国家标准和新构建损失统计体系,验证了新构建的损失统计体系适用性。构建的安全事故损失统计体系整合了有形损失和无形损失,有利于国家建筑安全生产环境和文化的建设。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the construction enterprises to carry out the evaluation of the input-output performance of the safety production management, it is convenient for the government department to grade the safety management level of the enterprise reasonably, and to carry out the research on the classification method of the construction safety accident loss based on the enterprise perspective.According to the tangible and invisible characteristics of construction safety accident loss and referring to the theory of project management quality management factors, this paper expounds a new classification method of safety accident loss, which is divided into tangible losses according to human, material and resource environment.According to the difference between individual and organization, the invisible loss is divided, and a new statistical system of construction safety accident loss is formed.Based on this, the applicability of the newly constructed loss statistics system is verified by comparing and analyzing the national standard and the newly constructed loss statistics system.The statistical system of safety accident loss integrates tangible loss and intangible loss, which is beneficial to the construction of national construction safety production environment and culture.
