基于最优组合赋权法的高技术产业开放式知识产权管理绩效研究

【摘要】：根据开放、创新的新常态环境构建开放式知识产权管理绩效评价指标体系,基于最优组合赋权法建立开放式知识产权管理评价模型,对2014年中国30个省、市、自治区的高技术产业开放式知识产权管理绩效进行分析。结果表明,开放式知识产权管理绩效是知识知识产权开发、协同、运营、保护水平的综合体现,与区域经济水平、科研能力、知识产权市场竞争度等因素显著相关。
[Abstract]:According to the open and innovative new normal environment, the performance evaluation index system of open intellectual property management is constructed, and the evaluation model of open intellectual property management is established based on the optimal combination weighting method.The performance of open intellectual property management in high-tech industry is analyzed.The results show that the performance of open intellectual property management is a comprehensive reflection of the level of intellectual property development, cooperation, operation and protection, which is significantly related to the regional economic level, scientific research capability, and the degree of competition in the intellectual property market.
