【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入,信息化的发展影响着人类生产活动各个方面,信息处理成为了当今社会的重要活动之一。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,客户需求的多样化,产品的快速更新,企业在加强上下游企业的关联度的同时,企业应该重点加强信息系统的建设。通过研发相应的管理信息系统,企业可以提高自身的管理水平,从而实现管理的规范化,同时,建立良好的管理信息系统可以使得企业更加健康,稳定的发展。电力企业绩效管理信息系统的开发具有开发时间长,资金和人力投入大、效果难预见性的特点。因此,科学,合理的设计出一套适合电力企业发展的绩效管理信息系统,提高电力企业的绩效管理水平,从而使得电力企业更加适应市场的发展,是本文研究的重点。本文主要围绕绩效管理信息系统开发和综合评价进行分析研究,通过分析阅读国内外管理信息系统开发的相关文献,提出了本文的选题背景及意义并主要阐述了管理信息系统与综合评价方法的相关基础理论。然后本文从系统总体方案设计、功能设计以及绩效管理系统与ERP系统信息集成方案研究四个方面详细说明绩效管理信息系统开发建设的主要内容,介绍了设计原则、总体架构以及系统技术平台,进行了详细的需求分析,对功能架构、绩效指标管理、考核运行管理、绩效运行监控等功能进行设计,阐述了绩效管理系统与ERP系统集成的技术方案以及技术架构。最后,从需求分析、系统架构设计、系统数据库设计、系统集成ERP设计、系统开发阶段、系统测试阶段等六个方面构建了绩效管理信息系统综合评价指标体系,并采用梯形模糊数的评价方法对该系统的实施效果进行综合评价,并得出绩效管理信息系统的设计实施总体较为成功的结论,并提出了一些改进建议。同时也为绩效管理信息系统的开发和应用提供了理论和实践的科学依据,提高企业的绩效管理的水平,保障绩效管理的健康发展,具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the development of information affects all aspects of human production, information processing has become one of the most important activities in today's society.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the diversification of customer demand and the rapid renewal of products, enterprises should focus on strengthening the construction of information system while strengthening the correlation degree of upstream and downstream enterprises.Through the research and development of the corresponding management information system, the enterprise can improve its own management level, so as to achieve the standardization of management, at the same time, the establishment of a good management information system can make the enterprise more healthy and stable development.The development of power enterprise performance management information system is characterized by long development time, large investment of capital and manpower, and unpredictable effect.Therefore, the scientific and reasonable design of a set of performance management information system suitable for the development of electric power enterprises, improve the performance management level of power enterprises, so that the power enterprises more adapt to the development of the market, is the focus of this paper.This paper mainly focuses on the performance management information system development and comprehensive evaluation, through the analysis and reading of domestic and foreign management information system development related literature,The background and significance of this paper are put forward, and the basic theories of management information system and comprehensive evaluation method are expounded.Then, the main contents of the development and construction of the performance management information system are described in detail from four aspects: the overall scheme design, the function design and the information integration scheme between the performance management system and the ERP system, and the design principles are introduced.The overall architecture and the system technology platform are analyzed in detail, and the functions such as functional structure, performance index management, performance operation management, performance operation monitoring and so on are designed.The technical scheme and technical framework of the integration of performance management system and ERP system are expounded.Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index system of performance management information system is constructed from six aspects: requirement analysis, system architecture design, system database design, system integration ERP design, system development stage, system testing stage, etc.The evaluation method of trapezoid fuzzy number is used to evaluate the implementation effect of the system, and the conclusion that the design and implementation of the performance management information system is successful is obtained, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.At the same time, it also provides the scientific basis of theory and practice for the development and application of the performance management information system, improves the performance management level of the enterprise, guarantees the healthy development of the performance management, has certain reference significance.
