互联网金融与商业银行创新绩效的关系研究——基于MOA理论视角的分析

【摘要】:现有理论对于互联网金融影响商业银行创新绩效的内在机理尚不明晰,由此为实践带来的困惑是商业银行如何应对外部环境挑战以重塑核心竞争能力。基于此,在MOA理论以及文本分析法获取互联网金融指数的基础上,运用我国2006—2015年16家上市银行数据,探讨互联网金融与商业银行创新绩效的关系,并分析高管团队异质性、外部治理在两者关系中的调节作用。结果表明,互联网金融和外部治理对商业银行的创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,而高管团队的异质性对商业银行的创新绩效具有显著的负向影响。最后,探讨研究结论的管理启示,为商业银行转型发展提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The existing theories are not clear about the internal mechanism of Internet finance influencing the commercial banks' innovation performance. The puzzle brought by this theory is how to deal with the external environmental challenges to reshape the core competitiveness of commercial banks. On the basis of MOA theory and text analysis, this paper uses the data of 16 listed banks from 2006 to 2015 to explore the relationship between Internet finance and commercial bank innovation performance, and analyzes the heterogeneity of executive team. External governance in the relationship between the regulatory role. The results show that Internet finance and external governance have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of commercial banks, while the heterogeneity of the executive team has a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of commercial banks. Finally, the paper discusses the management implications of the research conclusions, and provides useful reference for the commercial banks'transformation and development.
