智能网联汽车产业技术创新战略联盟创新绩效影响因素研究

【摘要】:车联网作为一种以汽车为载体的远程信息网络,正在通过“全面感知”来彻底颠覆人们生活。当前我国车联网产业处于发展初期,为实现技术创新,推动我国车联网产业快速发展,产业联盟成为我国车联网产业的一种重要存在形式。在我国车联网产业联盟快速发展的背景下,本文以“智能网联汽车产业技术创新战略联盟”(CAICV)为研究对象,实证研究影响该产业联盟创新绩效的各种因素。本文主要包含的四个部分:第一部分:通过大量阅读国内外文献,分析我国车联网产业与CAICV的发展现状、问题与趋势,并界定CAICV的创新绩效评价范围,确定创新绩效的评价体系。第二部分:通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,识别出影响CAICV创新绩效的主要因素,主要包括联盟网络结构和政府支持两个层面。通过复杂网络方法分析CAICV的网络结构特征和对网络结构指标的计算,得出联盟网络整体显示的优化程度较低,政府支持力度处于较高水平的结论。第三部分:通过系统动力学方法分析CAICV的因果反馈机制,确定了联盟包括的创新资金投入主导、创新网络吸引力主导、网络结构主导和政府支持力度主导这四条主要回路,并建立系统动力学模型,进而对影响CAICV创新绩效的主要因素进行动态模拟。第四部分:根据理论分析与实证研究的结果,提出优化CAICV创新的对策和建议。在政府层面,应保持高度的政策扶持;加强标准的法律法规建设;加强政府的监督机制,充分发挥政府作用。在联盟层面,在优化CAICV的网络结构中应发挥核心成员的主导作用,加强边缘成员与网络中心的联系,合理控制知识流动,明确长、短期规划;在完善联盟机制建设中应完善CAICV的组织结构和内部机制建设。
[Abstract]:As a kind of remote information network based on automobile, car network is subverting people's life through "total perception". At present, China's automobile networking industry is in the early stage of development. In order to realize technological innovation and promote the rapid development of China's automobile networking industry, industrial alliance has become an important form of the automobile networking industry in China. Under the background of the rapid development of the automobile networking industry alliance in China, this paper takes CAICV as the research object, and empirically studies the factors that affect the innovation performance of the industry alliance. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part: through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, analyzes the development status, problems and trends of China's car networking industry and CAICV, and defines the scope of CAICV innovation performance evaluation. Determine the evaluation system of innovation performance. The second part: through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we identify the main factors that affect the innovation performance of CAICV, including the two levels of alliance network structure and government support. Through the analysis of the network structure characteristics of CAICV and the calculation of the network structure index, it is concluded that the overall display of the alliance network is low and the government support is at a higher level. The third part analyzes the causality feedback mechanism of CAICV by system dynamics method, and determines the four main loops, which include innovation capital input leading, innovation network attraction leading, network structure leading and government support leading. The system dynamics model is established to simulate the main factors that affect the innovation performance of CAICV. The fourth part: according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize CAICV innovation. At the government level, we should maintain a high degree of policy support, strengthen the construction of standard laws and regulations, strengthen the supervision mechanism of the government, and give full play to the role of the government. At the alliance level, the core members should play a leading role in optimizing the network structure of CAICV, strengthen the connection between the marginal members and the network center, control the flow of knowledge reasonably, and define the long-term and short-term planning. The organization structure and internal mechanism construction of CAICV should be perfected in the process of perfecting alliance mechanism.
