基于内容分析法的“国培计划”研究综述

【摘要】：以中国知网2010—2015年有关"国培计划"的文章为研究对象,采用内容分析的方法,从Why、What、How三个方面的培训需求、培训内容、培训模式、方法和策略、培训结果绩效评估、培训效果等模块对文章进行客观、系统和定量的统计与分析。研究发现"国培计划"全面实施以来取得了很大的成效,但仍存在培训绩效评估关注过少、培训模式与方式的不合理增加了教师的负担、专门的教师培训队伍与有效的后期跟踪相矛盾等问题。
[Abstract]:Based on the articles on "National Education Plan" from 2010 to 2015, this paper uses the method of content analysis to analyze the training needs, training contents, training models, methods and strategies, and the performance evaluation of training results from three aspects: Whyan and Whatow. The training effect module carries on the objective, systematic and quantitative statistics and analysis to the article. The study found that the "National training Plan" has achieved great results since its full implementation, but there is still too little concern about training performance evaluation, and the unreasonable training mode and methods increase the burden on teachers. The specialized teacher training team conflicts with the effective post-tracking and so on.
