【摘要】:大数据通过广泛收集数据,评估和预测与学术项目、科研、教学和学习有关的绩效和识别潜在的问题,为教育领域提升教学效果、提高教学质量提供了新的契机。目前,我国教育大数据的发展处于起步时期,还没有形成一个较为完善的体系。美国在教育大数据的发展中形成了相对成熟的产业体系,拥有配套的人才培养机制,具有较为丰富的实践经验。因此,本文通过对美国教育大数据发展现状进行研究,总结其发展经验与教训,针对我国发展现状与面临的挑战,提出相应策略与意见。本文主要采用文献研究法,从顶层设计、产业结构、应用与评估、人才培养等四个方面对美国教育大数据的发展现状进行了探究。从法案和政策的顶层规划出发,汇聚整理美国相关政策和策略,自上而下探讨美国教育大数据的实施战略。从细究其运行模式、技术创新、以及对周边产业的推进等方面剖析美国教育大数据的产业结构,试把握美国教育大数据产业结构的核心要素和运营范式。对美国教育大数据当前的应用现状及效果进行评估,分析其优势与不足。探究美国教育大数据对人才培养体系的构建,对人才培养体系进行探究,描绘其数据人才的具体能力与培养形式,并以加州大学伯克利分校为例进行具体分析。在探讨美国教育大数据的发展现状基础之上,本文总结了美国教育大数据的发展经验。主要包括两个方面,一个是美国教育大数据的发展在政策、产业、人才培育等方面具备优势。另一个是美国教育大数据的发展在信息安全问题、高阶应用及专业研究等方面存在不足。我国教育大数据发展面临生态圈不完善、应用不深入等现实问题,立足我国教育大数据发展现状与面临的挑战,本文通过比较研究,从产业链的完整性、学习指导的适配性及法案的完善性三方面对我国教育大数据的发展提出相应的发展建议:强化我国教育大数据的顶层设计,用政策规范确保我国教育大数据的发展地位,设立专门机构协同推进教育大数据发展;优化我国教育大数据的产业结构,形成完善的教育大数据产业链条,加快带动边缘产业发展;深化教育大数据与教学的融合,促进教育大数据的深层次应用;强化我国教育数据信息法案保障,确保学生信息安全。
[Abstract]:Big data provides a new opportunity for improving teaching effect and improving teaching quality by collecting data, evaluating and predicting achievements related to academic projects, scientific research, teaching and learning and identifying potential problems. At present, the development of China's educational big data is in its infancy and has not yet formed a relatively perfect system. The United States has formed a relatively mature industrial system in the development of education big data, has a supporting talent training mechanism, and has rich practical experience. Therefore, by studying the current situation of the development of American educational big data, this paper summarizes its development experience and lessons, and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions in view of the present development situation and the challenges faced by our country. This article mainly adopts the literature research method, from the top level design, the industrial structure, the application and the appraisal, the talented person training and so on four aspects has carried on the exploration to the American education big data's development present situation. Proceeding from the top-level planning of the bill and policy, this paper brings together the relevant policies and strategies of the United States, and discusses the implementation strategy of American educational big data from the top to the bottom. This paper analyzes the industrial structure of American educational big data from the aspects of its operation mode, technological innovation and the promotion of surrounding industries, and tries to grasp the core elements and operation paradigm of American educational big data industrial structure. This paper evaluates the current application and effect of American educational big data, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. This paper probes into the construction of the talent training system of American educational big data, explores the talent training system, describes the specific ability and training form of its data talents, and takes the University of California, Berkeley as an example to carry on the concrete analysis. On the basis of discussing the current situation of American educational big data, this paper summarizes the development experience of American educational big data. It mainly includes two aspects, one is that the development of American educational big data has advantages in policy, industry, talent cultivation and so on. The other is the deficiency of the development of American educational big data in information security, high-order application and professional research. The development of China's educational big data is faced with some practical problems, such as the imperfection of the ecological circle and the lack of deep application. Based on the present situation and challenges of the development of Chinese educational big data, this paper, through comparative study, analyzes the integrity of the industrial chain. The adaptation of the study guidance and the perfection of the bill put forward corresponding suggestions for the development of China's educational big data: to strengthen the top-level design of the educational big data in our country, and to ensure the status of the development of the educational big data in our country with policy norms. To set up specialized institutions to promote the development of educational big data, to optimize the industrial structure of Chinese educational big data, to form a perfect industrial chain of educational big data, to speed up the development of marginal industries, and to deepen the integration of education and teaching, To promote the deep application of big data in education, to strengthen the guarantee of educational data and information act in China, and to ensure the information security of students.
