社会认知职业理论下高职学生职业辅导的干预研究

【摘要】:就业,对于每一位高职学生来说都是非常重要的大事。但是从现状来看,有相当一部分高职学生出现了对自己所学专业不感兴趣、对就业目标不明确、对未来就业感到迷茫的现象。面对就业,这部分高职学生无所适从,以消极的心态对待就业,无心学习,就业时人云亦云,随波逐流,毫无自己的主见,有相当一部分学生甚至毕业后很长一段时间内都无法顺利就业。社会认知职业理论(SCCT)的职业兴趣子模式指出:一个人对特定职业的兴趣是由其对该职业的自我效能和结果预期来决定的。职业兴趣产生之后,会与自我效能、结果预期一起,促使职业目标的确立。目标又会促进行动,产生职业选择的行为并最终达到一定的工作绩效。本研究中,依据社会认知职业理论,在南京X职业技术学院选取了 30名高职学生设计了随机对照试验,通过社会工作中的小组工作方法对实验组学生的职业自我效能和职业结果预期两个变量进行干预。对干预后的结果进行差异性检验后发现,实验组学生和对照组学生的职业自我效能和职业结果预期变量存在显著性差异,即说明干预后,实验组学生的职业自我效能和职业结果预期都得到了提高,从追踪访谈的结果来看,实验组学生的职业兴趣、职业目标的确定和职业选择的行为都受到了相应的影响。本研究证明,一方面,社会认知职业理论的职业兴趣子模式得到了验证,对个体的职业自我效能和职业结果预期进行干预后,确实会对职业兴趣和职业目标、职业选择行为等产生影响;另一方面,社会工作中的小组工作的方法在职业辅导中是一种有效的干预方法,能提高学生的职业自我效能和职业结果预期。
[Abstract]:Employment is a very important event for every higher vocational student. However, from the current situation, a considerable number of higher vocational students are not interested in their major, not clear to the employment goal, and confused about the future employment. In the face of employment, this part of higher vocational students do not know what to do, treat employment with a negative attitude, do not intend to study, follow others in employment, follow the tide, and have no own opinions. A considerable number of students even after graduation for a long period of time can not smooth employment. Social Cognitive Vocational Theory (SCCT) points out that a person's interest in a particular occupation is determined by his self-efficacy and expectation of results. Career interest, together with self-efficacy and outcome expectations, promotes the establishment of career goals. Goals also promote action, generate career-choice behavior and ultimately achieve certain job performance. In this study, according to the social cognitive vocational theory, 30 vocational college students in Nanjing X Vocational and Technical College were selected to design a randomized controlled trial. The two variables of vocational self-efficacy and career outcome expectation of the experimental group students were interfered with by the social work group work method. After testing the difference of the results after intervention, it was found that there were significant differences in the professional self-efficacy and the expected variables of career outcome between the experimental group and the control group, that is to say, after the intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups. The career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation of the students in the experimental group have been improved. From the results of the follow-up interviews, the students' career interest, career goal determination and career choice behavior of the experimental group are all affected accordingly. This study proves that, on the one hand, the submodel of occupational interest of social cognition vocational theory has been verified, and after the intervention of individual career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation, it will indeed have a positive effect on career interest and career goal. On the other hand, the method of group work in social work is an effective intervention method in career counseling, which can improve students' professional self-efficacy and career outcome expectation.
