物理工作环境与职工工作状况、组织绩效关系研究

【摘要】：组织的物理工作环境对内部职工心理、行动具有直接影响,与职工的工作状况、组织绩效和组织发展状况都有直接联系,是体现社会工作质量情况、衡量社会发展程度的一个重要指标。采用中国社会科学院"2016年中国城镇居民社会态度调查"的全国抽样结果数据,以及对"工作情况和感受"和"单位状况和感受"部分问题结果的分析发现,在职业工作状况和工作状况满意度方面,不接触有害因素职工的综合指数高于接触有害因素职工的指数;在组织绩效指数方面,接触有害因素职工的指数明显高于不接触有害因素职工的指数。这需要领导者针对组织和人群特点,有效改进组织管理方式。
[Abstract]:The physical working environment of the organization has a direct influence on the psychology and action of the staff and workers, and is directly related to the working status, organizational performance and organizational development of the staff and workers. This requires leaders to effectively improve organizational management in response to organizational and crowd characteristics.
