中国纺织企业产品开发绩效评价体系研究

【摘要】:纺织工业是我国国民经济传统支柱产业、重要的民生产业和国际竞争优势明.显的产业,是科技和时尚融合、衣着消费与产业用并举的产业。纺织行业的发展对于促进国民经济发展、繁荣市场、吸纳就业、增加国民收入、加快城镇化进程以及促进社会和谐发展等方面具有十分重要的意义。纺织产品开发是将纺织纤维运用纺、织、染、整等技术,创造性地研制出新的或创新性地改良原有的纺织产品(包括丝、纱、线、绳、织物)及其复合材料的全过程,包括从研究选择适应市场需要的产品开始到产品设计、工艺制造设计,直到投入正常生产的一系列决策过程,最终目标产品既能满足人们的各种物质需要,又能满足人们的各种精神需要。产品开发能力是纺织强国市场竞争力的关键支撑。纺织产品开发工作是推动纺织工业由大变强,实现纺织科技强国、人才强国、品牌强国、可持续发展强国的重要途径之一。本文首先对我国纺织行业产品开发现状进行考察和分析,在归纳、梳理我国纺织产品开发特点、模式和存在的问题的基础上,提出纺织产品开发绩效评价对纺织企业产品开发能力提升的重要性和引领性。利用比较法原理和方法对国内外新产品开发及绩效评价理论研究现状进行考察、梳理,进而借助层次分析法(AHP)、德尔菲法等原理和方法尝试构建一套科学的兼具可操作性的适合中国纺织企业的产品开发绩效评价体系。最后,结合FZ1和FZ2企业的产品开发绩效评价案例,验证中国纺织企业产品开发绩效评价体系的实效性和推广意义。
[Abstract]:Textile industry is the traditional pillar industry of our national economy, important livelihood industry and international competitive advantage. The obvious industry, is the integration of technology and fashion, clothing consumption and industrial use of the industry. The development of textile industry is of great significance in promoting the development of national economy, prospering the market, absorbing employment, increasing national income, speeding up the process of urbanization and promoting the harmonious development of society. The development of textile products is the whole process of using spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing and other technologies to creatively develop new or innovative improved textile products (including silk, yarn, thread, chenille, fabric) and their composite materials. From research and selection of products suitable to market needs to product design, process manufacturing design, to a series of decision-making processes that are put into normal production, the ultimate target product is capable of meeting people's various material needs. Can also satisfy people's various spiritual needs. Product development ability is the key support of textile powerful country market competition ability. The development of textile products is one of the important ways to promote the textile industry from a great power to a powerful country in textile science and technology, a strong country of talent, a powerful country of brand and a powerful country of sustainable development. In this paper, the current situation of textile product development in China is first investigated and analyzed, and on the basis of summing up and combing the characteristics, models and existing problems of textile product development in China, This paper puts forward the importance and guidance of textile product development performance evaluation for textile enterprises to improve their product development ability. By using the principle and method of comparative method, the present situation of research on new product development and performance evaluation at home and abroad is investigated. Then, with the help of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method, we try to construct a set of scientific and operable product development performance evaluation system for Chinese textile enterprises. Finally, combined with the cases of FZ1 and FZ2 enterprises' product development performance evaluation, this paper verifies the effectiveness and popularization significance of the product development performance evaluation system of Chinese textile enterprises.
