高校跨学科组织发展动力以及平衡机制研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济社会发展过程中出现问题的不断综合化和复杂化,高校中的跨学科组织的发展已成为高校实现其服务社会功能的重要途径。高校跨学科组织的发展既离不开外部动力的推动,也离不开高校自身的重视。当前,我国高校跨学科组织的发展存在速度缓慢、缺乏活力、绩效不高等问题。出现这些问题的主要原因在于高校跨学科组织的发展动力发生异化、组织发展动力逐渐减弱以及组织的目标动力出现虚化等多种因素共同作用的结果。要解决高校跨学科组织在动力方面的这些问题,就必须构建相应的组织平衡机制,通过有效的平衡机制促进跨学科组织的全面和谐发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous integration and complication of the problems in the process of economic and social development, the development of interdisciplinary organizations in colleges and universities has become an important way for colleges and universities to realize their social service functions. The development of cross-disciplinary organization in colleges and universities can not only be promoted by external motive force, but also can not be separated from the attention of colleges and universities themselves. At present, the development of interdisciplinary organizations in colleges and universities in China is slow, lacking vitality and low performance. The main reasons for these problems lie in the dissimilation of the development power of the interdisciplinary organization in colleges and universities, the weakening of the power of the development of the organization and the result of the combined action of various factors, such as the futility of the motive force of the organization's goal. In order to solve these problems in the motive force of interdisciplinary organizations in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct corresponding organizational balance mechanisms and to promote the overall harmonious development of interdisciplinary organizations through effective balancing mechanisms.
