【摘要】：本文收集2005年至2014年供应商集中度数据以及手工查找供应商详细产权信息,深入研究供应商集中度、产权性质与企业绩效之间的关系。研究表明,供应商集中度与企业绩效呈显著的负相关关系;进一步的研究证实,当企业产权性质为民营企业,第一大供应商产权性质为国有企业时,供应商集中度与企业绩效的负相关关系更加显著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we collect the data of supplier concentration from 2005 to 2014 and find out the detailed property right information by hand, and study the relationship between supplier concentration, property nature and enterprise performance. The research shows that the supplier concentration has a significant negative correlation with the enterprise performance, and further studies confirm that when the property right of the enterprise is private enterprise, the property right of the first supplier is state-owned enterprise. The negative correlation between supplier concentration and firm performance is more significant.
