兰州众邦电缆有限公司员工绩效考核研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国电力产业发展迅速,且在较好地满足了人们日益增长的用电需求的同时,也有效促进了我国经济的发展。电缆企业作为推动电力产业发展的中坚力量,其自身的发展情况直接决定了电力产业的整体发展,而作为电缆企业经营管理的重要组成部分,企业员工的绩效考核一方面关系着电缆企业的整体绩效情况和盈利情况,另一方面,对于企业的整体发展也具有重要影响。随着经济、科技全球化进程的逐渐推进和我国市场开发程度的逐渐提升,电缆企业市场竞争的激烈程度也呈现出逐渐上升的变化趋势,面对日益激烈的市场竞争,如何通过制定科学适用的员工绩效考核体系,已成为电缆企业实现自身绩效提升和稳步发展的关键。基于此,本文以兰州众邦电缆有限公司作为主要研究对象,通过对绩效考核的含义和相关方法进行阐述和分析,进而对当前众邦电缆有限公司员工绩效考核的现状和问题展开了详细的分析,并有针对性地设计了公司员工的绩效考核考核体系,最后,对众邦电缆有限公司员工绩效考核顺利实施的保障措施做出了系统研究,旨在为提高众邦电缆有限公司员工绩效水平和促进公司的健康、稳定发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the electric power industry of our country has developed rapidly, and it has satisfied the increasing demand of electricity, at the same time, it has also effectively promoted the development of our country's economy. Cable enterprises, as the backbone of promoting the development of power industry, their own development situation directly determines the overall development of the power industry, and as an important part of the management of cable enterprises, On the one hand, the performance appraisal of employees is related to the overall performance and profitability of cable enterprises, on the other hand, it also has an important impact on the overall development of enterprises. With the development of economy, globalization of science and technology and the improvement of market development in our country, the fierce competition of cable enterprises also shows a trend of rising gradually, facing the increasingly fierce market competition. How to establish a scientific and applicable employee performance appraisal system has become the key for cable enterprises to achieve their own performance improvement and steady development. Based on this, this paper takes Lanzhou Zhongbang Cable Co., Ltd. as the main research object, through the performance evaluation of the meaning and related methods to elaborate and analyze. Then, the current situation and problems of employee performance appraisal in Zhongbang Cable Co., Ltd. are analyzed in detail, and the performance appraisal system of employees is designed pertinently. Finally, This paper makes a systematic study on the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of employee performance appraisal in Zhongbang Cable Co., Ltd. in order to provide a reference for improving the employee performance level and promoting the healthy and stable development of the company.
