愿景型领导研究述评与展望

【摘要】:愿景型领导是西方近年来兴起的领导方式,在引领组织发展和激励员工方面具有重要的作用,它能够有效地影响员工的认知、心理和行为,提升团队和组织的绩效。现有的关于愿景型领导的研究虽丰富多样,但整体上较为散乱、零碎,未能形成系统的研究框架。因此,本文对国内外有关愿景型领导的经典文献进行回顾与整合,从愿景型领导的内涵、结构与测量以及相关的实证研究等方面进行了系统的梳理和评述,并在此基础上从愿景型领导的量表开发、前因和结果、调节和中介机制等方面提出了未来的研究框架,以期为国内学者开展相关研究提供有益的帮助。
[Abstract]:Visionary leadership is a new style of leadership developed in the West in recent years. It plays an important role in leading the development of organizations and motivating employees. It can effectively affect the cognition, psychology and behavior of employees and improve the performance of teams and organizations. Although the existing research on visionary leadership is rich and diverse, it is scattered and fragmented, and fails to form a systematic research framework. Therefore, this paper reviews and integrates the classical literature on visionary leadership at home and abroad, systematically combs and comments on the connotation, structure and measurement of visionary leadership, as well as related empirical research. On this basis, the author puts forward the future research framework from the aspects of visionary leadership scale development, antecedents and results, adjustment and intermediary mechanism, in order to provide useful help for domestic scholars to carry out relevant research.
