社会网络嵌入对科技型中小企业创新绩效影响研究

【摘要】：在当前快速变化的知识竞争环境下,企业需要不断的向外部学习,充分利用嵌入的外部社会网络来获取有价值的信息,经过企业自身的内化吸收,转化成为有利于自身发展的特有知识,从而保持企业在市场竞争中的优势地位。不同行业、不同生命周期阶段,嵌入于企业间的社会网络对企业的创新绩效和创新能力的影响不同。科技型中小企业是推动创新发展的主力军,因而从不同的社会网络嵌入维度出发,研究不同生命周期下影响科技型中小企业创新绩效的网络因素及其作用路径、作用大小,对科技型中小企业搭建社会网络平台、针对性运营管理社会网络以促进创新绩效提高具有指导意义。论文以科技城科技型中小企业为实证研究对象,从关系嵌入和结构嵌入两个维度切入,以关系质量、关系强度、关系持久(关系维度指标),中心性、异质性、结构洞(结构维度指标)为网络测量指标,构建社会网络对科技型中小企业创新绩效影响的理论模型,通过S P S S软件进行数据信效度分析,利用U C IN E T绘制企业社会网络关系拓扑图、AMOS结构方程模型检验模型的可行性及作用路径系数大小和方向,最后结合网络拓扑图和模型检验数据,对不同生命周期科技型中小企业如何在网络的各维度上分配精力、以最小的成本来提高企业对网络知识吸收的效果等方面给出对策建议。论文认为社会网络嵌入通过知识吸收转化对企业最终的创新绩效存在正向的影响。其中,关系嵌入维度中关系强度指标对企业创新绩效的作用效果在企业成长的各阶段均表现出正向作用,结构嵌入维度中,网络中心性的作用效果较其他两个潜变量更为突出,结构洞和异质性潜变量在企业的成熟期才共同表现出正向的作用效果。企业应积极的融入并搭建自身的社会网络,初创期企业应注重关系强度和网络中心性的维护,成长期企业应注重双重网络维度的构建,成熟期企业应加大对结构嵌入维度的精力投入。
[Abstract]:In the current rapidly changing environment of knowledge competition, enterprises need to constantly learn from the outside, make full use of embedded external social networks to obtain valuable information, and absorb through their own internalization. Transformation into a unique knowledge conducive to their own development, so as to maintain the dominant position of enterprises in the market competition. In different industries, different life cycle stages, social networks embedded in enterprises have different effects on innovation performance and innovation ability. Science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force to promote innovation development, so from different social network embedding dimension, this paper studies the network factors, the action path and the role of different life cycle influencing the innovation performance of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. It is of guiding significance to set up a social network platform for small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises and to operate and manage the social network in order to promote the improvement of innovation performance. This paper takes the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology city as the empirical research object, from the relationship embedding and the structure embedding two dimensions cuts in, with the relation quality, the relationship intensity, the relationship lasting (the relational dimension index), the center, the heterogeneity. The structure hole (structural dimension index) is the network measurement index. The theoretical model of the influence of social network on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises is constructed, and the reliability and validity of the data is analyzed by the software of S P S S. The feasibility, the size and direction of the action path coefficient of the Amos structural equation model checking model are drawn by using the topological diagram of enterprise social network with the help of U C IN E T. Finally, the network topology diagram and the data of model checking are combined. This paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions on how to allocate energy on each dimension of the network and improve the effect of the enterprises' absorption of network knowledge with the minimum cost in different life cycle of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper holds that social network embedding has a positive effect on the firm's ultimate innovation performance through knowledge absorption and transformation. Among them, in the dimension of relational embedding, the effect of relationship intensity index on enterprise innovation performance shows positive effect in each stage of enterprise growth. In the dimension of structural embedding, the effect of network centrality is more prominent than the other two latent variables. The structure hole and heterogeneity latent variable show the positive effect together in the mature stage of the enterprise. Enterprises should actively integrate into and build their own social networks, initial enterprises should pay attention to the maintenance of relationship strength and network centrality, and enterprises should pay attention to the construction of dual network dimensions. Mature enterprises should increase their energy investment in structural embedding dimension.
