基于绩效考核的实训管理服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：职业教育为我国培养高素质技能型人才做出了很大贡献,近十几年,在国家的大力支持下高等职业院校的硬件条件得到了较大改善,建成了一批理念与设备先进的实验实训室,而科学合理筹建和利用实训室成为新时期面临的新问题。团队经过前期的仔细调研和后期的不断探讨和改进,开发了基于实训室预约及实训日志填写,并且立体化衔接教务管理系统的实训室管理系统,实现了实训室多重绩效考核。
[Abstract]:Vocational education has made great contributions to the cultivation of high quality skilled personnel in our country. In the past ten years, with the support of the state, the hardware conditions of higher vocational colleges have been greatly improved, and a number of experimental training rooms with advanced concepts and equipment have been built. The scientific and rational preparation and use of the training room has become a new problem in the new period. After careful investigation in the early stage and continuous discussion and improvement in the later period, the team developed a training room management system based on the reservation of the training room and the training log, and realized the multiple performance appraisal of the training room.
